Hi! I was checking out the Live Demo of this theme and it looks great! I also noticed that one of the products had a Countdown Timer. Is that Countdown Timer a feature in this Basel Theme, or is the Countdown Timer a separate app/plugin?

Hi! Thank you for your help. I followed some of your instructions and now the menu is closer to having the design I want (I want a design with a white background and black letters).
So, now there are two things that need to be fixed.
1. the search box is not visible because it is also white. It would have to change the color to black. 2. I would like to remove the gray borders from the menu (menu without borders or gray lines).

Hi, I’ve installed the langify plugin to translate the site to other language. But when I tried to import my es.json (full translated) file in langify it seems that can’t be fully imported and a lot of words are not translated (for example the login page). Langify support said me that in rare cases it can happens (templates with a lot of sections or snippets for example). I want to ask you that if this is normal and if the same thing has happened to other people and how they solved.
I’ve tried whith a completely fresh installation of the template but the malfunction with langify happens in the same way.
I read in comments that you recommend langify, so how can I solve this?

Hi, I have multilanguage workin, but some parts are not working. The most important part that is not working is the tabs on product page. As you can see in the attached image: https://prnt.sc/kmzdov this part is always in english, but I have translated in other languages. Do you know if other of your clients have the same issue? I look the code and I think langify didn’t translate it because of the structure on the template. (The files are gl-procuct-page-description.liquid and shortcode.liquid).
In the gl-procut-page-description you have this line: { - include ‘shortcode’ load: product.description - }
So then, shortcode.liquid is who print the text, always in the default language.
In the other part or you template, next to the image, when you print the product.description, this is printed correctly in the other language by langify.
