Can you add a wide navigation menu to the To-Do list in the next update? I love the theme but my client’ require a menu with atleast 8-10 items.. And Aurum doesn’t handle it quite well.

I did not understand your request about “wide menu” can you please be more specific on what you mean with the wide menu, as the theme supports the UberMenu mega menu which is a huge menu where you can add not only menu items but widgets and banners.

Hi Art, A wide menu spreads to the entire width of the browser and not within the 1200px container. I’ve tried the Ubermenu but it looks too cramped within the 1200 px container.

I just talked with the development team and they say that reviews area of the Wordpress plugin is not edited by our theme. We also use the latest files of the latest version of WooCommerce. If this is a bug then it must be an issue in the WooCommerce plugin itself, so you can contact WooCommerce support if this problem happens in your end too (if you purchase the theme).

thanks for reply, i have tested this issue with other themes running same version of woocommerce. but i did’t find above mentioned issued with these themes. this issue only appears when i test a reviewed product in your theme.
this is a serious issue and may cause negative effect on SEO and errors in Google Webmaster Tools

nice theme. i see the demo, everything so nice but search bar is not available on header when viewing from mobile devices. is there any option in theme to enable search bar on header with cart icon??

Hi Ylli! Thank for your response. Well, unfortunately (for me) support licence for this theme is expired. Have been using your theme quite a long now and Single Shop Widget was needed just recently. All other buyers, does that Widget area work for you just fine? Anyway, thanks for your help Ylli.

Please check if you can do the same in any default Wordpress theme or in the WooCommerce default shop theme (Storefront). If that is possible in a default Wordpress theme but not in Aurum then please record all the procedure, and prove that this works in a default theme but not in Aurum so I will attach that video in our to-do list so we will add the option or fix that problem for future theme updates.

When will update it?
order-details-customer.php is running in 3.3.0 and the last is 3.4.4. form-coupon.php is on 3.4.0 and the last is 3.4.4.

If you are using Aurum 3.2 then this file should be as you see in this video (https://d.pr/v/nk5CxV). Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Aurum, then if you are using Aurum (Child theme) please activate Aurum (Main theme).
As for the error-log that you received, I just wrote this in our to-do list so we will check that when it’s time to update Aurum theme again.

The update to version 3.3.1 ruined my site as well. Just LOADING PRODUCTS and nothing more. I just restore from my backup so all ok again, but with the older version. Is there a general problem? What was the solution for the other two people that posted the same problem? What is the conflict? Thanks

The problems with the other customers were because they used FTP to update the theme and some of the theme files were not updated, which caused the theme not to work properly and the products were not loaded.
They are never updating because during the manual update (which is wrong) some files are failing to upload and these files are not updated which means your theme is a mess now with some files updated and some which are outdated. We have explained how to update the theme through Envato Market but I found a better video which explains step by step how to update the theme, simply skip the installation of the Envato Market plugin in the video as this plugin is actually installed in your site:

There is a problem between the version of aurum and the version of wordpress 4.9.8 since removing this update through a backup has solved the problem. Which is that when adding a product without being registered as a client, it did not. They could check the compatibility of aurum with the latest version of wordpress regards

Hi i have that off but the plus icon is still there. I found it is only on product where i set Woo Extra Product Options plugin. On other products it is normal. Is there any way have to turn it off for all products ?

Hi, I’m really interested in the Bookstore theme. But:
1) I’d like to know if it’s possible to put the “Author” just below the title of the book in the product detail page (replacing the place of the “tags”).
2) In your other theme (Lore Ipsum) the author in the “Shop” page appears below the title of the book, just what I need to see in this theme. Is it possible to implement adding code? 1. It is possible only if you don’t use any categories and use the authors as categories, otherwise the products can’t be filtered by authors.
2. As I mentioned in the first answer, I understand what you say but this theme demo is not so advanced to be filtered by the authors.

It is possible to create the Author as attribute but in WooCommerce by default the attributes are not linkable so you can’t click on the attribute Author to view other products from that author, to do this you can use 3rd party plugins which are free or paid but it is not a default WooCommerce feature.

No, you are wrong; it’s possible without any 3rd party plugin. It’s already implemented in WooCommerce, you just have to check the box “Enable archives?” when creating the Attribute.
In fact, in your own theme you guys made the Attribute “Book Author” linkable. Here are the links:
1) Product detail with linkable attribute: https://themes.laborator.co/aurum/bookshop/product/silence-once-begun/
2) Author Attribute page: https://themes.laborator.co/aurum/bookshop/book-author/leo-tolstoy/
So, again, my question is If I can place that Author Attribute just below the product title in the Shop page (https://themes.laborator.co/aurum/bookshop/books/) and the Product detail page.

Adding attributes is not possible through the options but we can help you manually add it in our support center, by giving you some custom PHP code and it will be applied in your site, so the author will show just below the title where the categories are.
