I’m so sorry for the late reply! It is email based, it takes YouTube videos, it’s just changing the url and the preview image.

HI, can i export the template to .html to edit in simple text, for example?
Hi dartheli, yes you can export to .html using the builder. This .html file will be saved to your desktop and from there you can open it in any text editor by choice.
can i use it in mailchimp?
Hi ivanabo, yes you can import the template into mailchimp, but mailchimp doesn’t support video in email because of safety reasons.

We’re getting an MIME type not found with the video. The build plays in the “builder”, but once the html is downloaded it no longer works.

Great mailer – havnt send it out with video yet?
Any update on the available video on other mail servers besides Apple mail, iPad and iPhone? What about Galaxy S etc

Thank you for the interest. As mentioned in our item description HTML5 videos only will work in Apple mail, iPhone and iPad. In all other Email clients you’ll see a fallback image without video.

Hi -
We had significant problems in Yahoo Mail with our edits. So we actually exported your version unedited using the themebuilder directly and sent the code as is to a Yahoo Mail account.
Results are clearly having problems primarily with font and/or background colors.
Any potential for a fix on this? Sure that you have fully tested with Yahoo Mail and latest versions.

I see I can move elements up and down but how can I edit elements inside so for example add more buttons or rows etc?

Quick question, is there any way to delete the graphic buttons in the Themebuilder or do I have to do it in the PSD?

the buttons have to be deleted in the code. We’re working on a huge update so this will be possible in the upcoming update.
How to remove the button: Go and look for:<!-- Button --> (or < !-- 2 buttons --> at the top in Base)and delete everything what is in these tr’s A tr tag starts with
<tr> and ends with </tr>

Why do you use proxima nova as a font? Is that not somewhat deceptive since it is not a system font on any of the recepient´s systems and requiries a paid web font subscription to boot?
We’re aware this font isn’t compatible with all email services but we’ve coded a fallback font for unsupported clients. This means basic webfonts which don’t push the limits for us, eventually more and more email clients will support custom fonts just like webbrowsers do nowadays. (Email fonts don’t boot from the users font library but from the email itself so no need to install fonts for the one that receives the mail).
