Hello your theme keep crashing! please help. I have the error logs

I bought a single license last weekend and am unable to open a support ticket as I get an error saying that the license is for a different Envato products, when in fact I am cutting and pasting it from the fu*(ing support page, then clicking the link to go to support. Also, the ‘verify with Envato’ thing doesn’t work either! Since I can’t open a ticket, can you contact me via my e-mail used to purchase this?

Hi, Ive just purchased this theme and really like it so far. Ive found the icons to be very limited. Is it possible for you to consider using Font Awesome Icons (https://fontawesome.com/icons) or do you know if its possible to integrate these?

Hi The theme is “translation ready”? Has the file .pot to translate for example to Spanish?

I am unable to figure out the list of all available shortcodes. I assumed I will see an “add element” button when I create a new page or post but I don’t see that either. Sorry if this should be super obvious.

Is it possible to have a version that has header 2, but keep the curved arch of the slider in header 1. We like header 2’s layout. Please let me know if that is possible. Thank you.

Hi – in the item description, there is a “one click” installation that states the file will look like the demo. I realize the images are not included, will there be place holder images? Also – looks like there is an extra charge for this. Is it $21.00? When I click on it it takes me to a page to add customization fo 21.00. This is fine, just wanted to confirm that once I install, it will look like the demo, and then I can just add my info and images. Thank you

I’m considering purchasing the superowly theme and I have a few questions. I was hoping that your support team can answer before I purchase.

1. Can you change the color of the menu when the header becomes a sticky header? So, one menu color (say white) when the header is regular and another when the visitor scrolls and the header becomes sticky (say black).

2. Can the sticky header background color be changed?

3. Can the logo for the sticky header be different than the non sticky header logo?

*Can all of this be done without coding?

The contact form I have used with my website is not functioning accordingly. As in the radio buttons and the check boxes aren’t visible in the page when I open them. Without them the form cannot even be filled or submitted. Please look into this issue asap and get back to us soon. I have opened a ticket too. Get this fixed asap.
