2 & 3. Children’s discounts and the ability to charge extra for insurance aren’t offered; however, you can email people who booked a tour to offer them a a discounted price and/or insurance, and to arrange payment.

4. Yes, you can set which dates are available to be booked: https://www.screencast.com/t/CuWthwGIt .

5. If you disable Paypal, you can email people who booked to collect payment in a different way.

6. Currently only Paypal is integrated for payments.

Thank you for your interest in GoTravel! You can mark your tours as private or password protected in order to limit accessibility to certain individuals.

We haven’t tested our theme with Ninja Forms. GoTravel is compatible with Contact Form 7.

Please note that bookings are being done through our booking form which accepts PayPal only. You can disable PayPal and email your visitors to arrange payment in some other way. By disabling PayPal, you will see reservations along with the corresponding contact info in your admin panel.

We haven’t tested our theme with BuddyPress, BBPress, or AffiliateWP, so we can’t guarantee that everything will work as expected.

But if you want to make price discount for more then on person, you could add the info in description of the tour https://www.screencast.com/t/HijetGd7RCk and then calculate appropriate discount when you make payment with your customer. So, if you disable PayPal, you’ll be able to arange payment in person with your customer.
