If you have the box before tabs to ask question you need to remove the red Ask question button.

About the area at the red box, go to pages and edit home page will find at home setting checkbox to active it or not.
There are 2 options to make it, one for questions and another one for posts, at Discy Setting/Questions Setting and Posts Setting.
Already selected infinite scroll for both questions and posts, I still see Load more tab in bottom!

We’re randomly getting the following Error on Captcha-Verification:
Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘OR’ (T_LOGICAL_OR) in /PATH/TO/WPQA/captcha/captcha.php on line 6\n’
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It seems like there is an Syntax error in captcha.php on a specific combination of letters and numbers.
Do you have an idea on fixing this?

We activated the Captcha for all kind of forms (register, login, questions, comment). When we try to login, we receive an error 500 from captcha.php with the log message mentioned before.
Therefore the captcha-validation fails permanently.
EDIT: We’re using PHP 7.2. Is your theme compatible?

How can i make it so my users can change their login name instead of Nickname?
I need a login name field instead of Nickname field because the Nicknames are causing conflicts with my other plugins.
Login name and Nickname is way over complicated… I need my users to use 1 name field only that they can change if they wish.

You can active the names at the edit profile and it will allow for the users add they first name, last name and nickname.
to be more clear i meant Username field only.

It feels as though the header serves no purpose you are not making enough use of your themes header, Don’t hide the essentials features in the drop down menu.

Hi Hi, How are you,\ I just noticed your work and fell quite in love with it? but i had questions i wanted to clear from my mind before i purchase 1) i noticed this theme was just recently built built this year, What is the future with this theme ?
2) I also noticed you also owned the ask me the so which of them world you advise me to purchase in flexibility?
As am still a little unsure of the direction I would use the purchased theme but I wanted a theme I could use to enhance the multi site I use?
Reason being i have been using bbpress but due to the few limits on its simplicity to allow visitors to reply and still ensure its simplicity and security from spam i wanted to deprecate that and use a theme to take control of that through ask questions.
So i want users to ensure being logged in to create questions and be published immediately, but for visitors those should be placed on pending? till approval
3) I wanted to ask if there is a recapta feature for this theme inbuilt and if not can feature plans be looked upon for it.
Reason being i hate google captcha especially those picture select so, if it can not be can you advise of a plugin compatible with the theme of offering and not google>
4) for the in progress, closed and answered post type button can you help me with the change of color for those button if i purchase the theme?
5)Is it possible to create question in step formats title > category >description > ta
6) since i cannot find the login credential for the demo i wanted to ask how effective the report feature was/

Finally i would tell you the truth, I am limited in funds, so i would not ask for much but in the creation of questions i wanted to ask if you could assist me for adding a text sentence, I would write what the request is when i see your response and submit a support ticket of that sentence question when I purchase.

2. I made Discy after Ask Me so if anyone use Ask Me and after that use Discy will can use it without lost anything.
You can use it at multi sites but the rules here at themeforest licence per site.
3. I’ve already 2 captcha styles but also plan to add recaptcha in the updates.
4. Yes sure no problem after buy it tell me what the colors you do need and i’ll make it for you.
5. Didn’t get this point.
6. The login credential at the description at the bottom and it demo/demo, the report feature is a big feature here :
a – Active it or not.
b – Active it for the unlogged user or not.
c – Active if any one report it and this user has a number of point can move it to trash.
d – Active if any one has a number of points no one can move it to trash.
e – You can add question ids or answer ids for the questions or answers no one can move it to trash.
7. Yes you can allow for visitors to poll, active it or not with option.
What’s the problem if the visitor can see the user profile.

1. What does this mean? (Select ON if you want to active the advanced queries at the site.)
2. Custom Menu and Widget Rules: Enable show or hide navigation menus based on the user type/role.
3. Comments don’t appear immediately… so people try pressing post again so it brings this page that says duplicate comment. Same issue with messages only that messages doesn’t have warning and sends multiple messages. Can you create an ajax auto post immediate without loading page? I have seen it on mosts sites.
4. You love pop ups and so do we! You set up ask question pop up, add post pop up, sighing pop up.. Why not add profile photo pop up?
5. The user search function does not work when you put in two names of a user. Please test it out and advise. Also, most users who search get no results until they refine search. How can this issue be fixed.
6. Can we have character limits on the questions? I have seen users posting an entire paragraph which is in turn converted into a very long URL. I also have users who post one word on the question then add the rest in the details. Please include character limits: Not less than 5 words (approx 30 characters) and not more than eg 30 words (approx. 160 characters). Also, add validation checked i.e must include a question mark at the end, start with capital letter… e.t.c. I am saying this because it is a question site. So the Title should be a question. This option can be left open for admin to activate on or off.
7. The main profile page (www.site.com/profile/username) displays the user profile, social media links, and number of …questions/answers/points etc… (Screenshot: ) That is good. However, when I click on the sub menu items on the profile, i.e …profile/username/questions or answers etc it still loads u the whole profile details. This is not necessary because I now want to see a specific thing e.g. Messages, Points or whatever. For example on messages, it loads the full profile then users have to scroll down to get the actual messages. This is not good for UX. An option would be to shaw a tiny user profile strip when viewing the sub-sections, like the one that comes above the questions. Please disable this full profile when looking at the sub-sections, so that user only sees profile when they click on your actual profile. (i.e www.site.com profile/username) but not (www.site.com/profile/username/...*)
8. The gender icon is a heart, this can mean so many things. Can you consider replacing it with the actual gender icon?
9. How do I change the secondary colour (grey) that shows on mouse over question button or on the sign up button?
10. Reminder about adding live search results based on key words while typing questions to prevent duplicate posts.
11. When users are filing in their social media links, can you add a validation to accept only links. This will help all people with this theme.
12. Enable Subscribe to categories for notifications on new comments or posts in that category…

20. Thank you for updating the Verified badge on most paces, Great work. However, it doesn’t show on questions. I just realised that verified accounts automatically loose verification when they edit their profile. This happens without any warning to both user and admin. Can the users get a notification and email with rules to keep verification when their accounts are verified and when they lose verification and email and notification why it was lost? Also, what are the advantages of having a verified account? Can you add some special features?
21. Add sticky save button next to profile fields when editing to ease the saving process instead of scrolling to the bottom. Alternatively, you can set up an auto-save feature.
22. Can you make the main content to be sticky (i.e. in between the menu and sidebar) This is to avoid blank space when scrolling. E.g when user has less questions and the sidebar is a little longer than the content.
23. Can you also add the red circle on the whats your question box. This is for uniformity. It looks out of place because it is different from the rest of the site.
24. On the login popup on both mobile and computer, use the top bar for both sign in or sigh up. Currently, users have to scroll to the bottom to find the other option.
25. Is there a custom sign up/sign in page URL that you can send someone?

5a.) The reply to messages is not working.
5 b.) When a user sends a message, they can not add more content to the same message string/thread. They have to go and send a new message.
5c.) On the sent box, it shows the current users name on every message instead of the name of the persons they sent a message to. This will make it hard to find messages later on.
5d.) Please create a message string system where all conversations to one user are in the same thread.
5e.) I also noticed that the message send feature is not instant so the page has to load for it to send. This is also an issue with the comments. Can you create an instant posting ajax system where comments and messages are automatically added immediately without loading.
5f.) BUG: When a user clicks send message more than once before the message is sent, the same message is sent multiple times. Can you add a warning message like the one which prevents duplicate answers. Also on the same, why does the entire page turn white when displaying the error message? Can it be displayed without leaving the current page?
5 g.) Please enable admin to communicate to all members, like send to all message for general updates and announcements.
6. – Any one can send message without register. Not working… :(
7. – Details in send message form is required or not. I feel like the messages should get rid of Title. Instead of title, let it be the persons name. This same thread can be used for all communication between you and that user. Message subject is too professional. We want the messaging system to be simple and modern.
8. – Editor enable or disable for details in send message form. Haven’t tried it. Again, I would prefer a simple message system. Maybe add options for emojis (even for answers).
