I’ve done some user experience testing. 1. To create an advertisement the system asks for login / password. On this page you have no option to create a new user (Only if you click on the top of the register site). 2. Another question is when you register and create an ad, the phone is not the same as phone number. Therefore the phone does not appear next to the send custom message. You must manually enter the phone number in the user dashboard. I await your reply. Thx

A couple days ago I send support ticket with login credentials and all my test ad got changed to sexual content. I am not saying the support team changed these ads with men having sex together, but I think it is a little suspicious

No, we are not asking you to renew support, your can submit ticket in others category. Although its envato policy to renew support after expiry but we do not force our client for renewal.

I raised a ticket ( TICKET #1684386) and still yet to get feedback though i was able to solve some of the issues through research on the net. but i still have some core customization that is beyond my novice capabilities. Remember this is the first time am using your support. 2. please i would like to know if this theme has the function of the admin at the back-end creating a listing and assigning it to another registered author? I have issues export and importing these so i want to do them manually. 3. I must say again you guys have a very great theme and am really proud to be one of its users now. Please you guys should work more on your awareness and marketing strategy cos am really surprised why listinpro should be striving more in sales? when you guys have a far better product. (By my assessment though). Please you guys should think of doing a mobile app for these great theme.
