Hello. You can add animated gif in the Appearance -> Theme Settings instead the default loader.

1) Is it possible to have different header image per page?
2) I noticed in yur demo, the loader image stays for long. Is it a matter of your hosting?

Hi, 1) Most of pages could have unique header image, except WordPress service pages 2) Yes, it can be related to the hosting. Contact our support directly if you need more details

When a user visits a car page (for example http://efuel.like-themes.com/rentals/mercedes-benz-g65-amg/), and he selects dates and fill the form, will the car rental company receive an email that contains the car model and the dates?
Is also possibe to have sidebar at the car page?

Rental company will recieve ID of the page from which the order was made, so you will get car model and the dates. You can test this plugin on a free theme before buy.
It’s possible to add sidebar, but theme files needed to be modified. Contact us if you need help with it.

Hi, By default they are sorted by date, you can change publish date for each one. If it won’t help, please contact us directly by email.
when I am trying to install the demo content I get this error “Cannot open zip (Error code: 21)”. Even more, when I tried to install the theme there were different permission problems, I had to manually change file permission in order to open them. How can I fix that error? The problem is caused by your piecemeal.zip its permission protected and no ftp host can import it and open it without manual permissions.
