At the time of installation you may got message like “Import failed,” . in that case it means your server PHP configuration limits made the problem. You should contact your hosting provide and asked them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows.
max_execution_time 900 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 32M upload_max_filesize 32M
You can verify your PHP configuaration limits by installing a simple plugin found https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-php-info/ . You can also check your PHP errro logs to see the exact error .

Is it possible to buy one regular licence and install the theme on 2 subdomains? I’m trying to find a solution for the fact that I have 2 hotels to manage on one website.
IF the main domain is same then it is not a problem. But two different domain need two licence.

Hi! Bestel is a beautifull theme, I really love it. I would like to know if it is ok to install just a multilangual plugin like Polylang or WeGlot for the site to display in more than one language, or I need to use the WPML plugin too? Second, I need to use this template in a site that manages 2 hotels, in two different locations. Is that possible? Or, is it possible to add in the reservation form a dropdown field to select rooms depending on the location? Thank you!
WPML is best for multilanguage site. We recomended that.
Ok, but is it possible to display the room pages, the reservation process etc., in two languages just by using a multilingual plugin (without using WPML)?
I tried to translate the website in Portuguese, but there are terms that simply do not exist, neither in the languages files nor in the source code of the template. I need help, it’s impossible not to translate. I have already been in the developer support area and there is no item related to the Bestel template

I already opened ticket in the support but the answer did not solve the problem. I can not translate the terms VIEW ALL ROOMS, Book Now, Know More, Check Rooms, all terms of the search filters!
Impossible there is not a place where these terms are, I already opened almost all the files of the theme, I did not find.

Honestly I like this theme but the major problem for me it do3esnt have online payment booking system, Dear Admin can you just give me a exact time or date that when you implement the online payment booking system. I will buy straight away at that time you inform me. Thanks

Well it was quick response, i hope to be the same response after purchase the theme, becasue have some bad experience here, just want to make sure if you use or intigrate any booking plugin then dont use Awe Booking, it not just kill our business also waste my full of time. I buy Hotella theme and now they remove their item, i have nothing to do becasue Awe Booking theme is disable now. I checked your few times, i impressed and willing to buy once you update your payment gateway system, hopefully except awebooking plugin you update payment system, may i know what plugin source are used for booking payment system. And you can slightly update the font style for menu bar for me Nexa Bold should be more gorgious, every new row headline font seems big you can use standard size as well. BTW i just shared my opinion i hope it wont deter you. And please if its two or three days then do let me know as soon as possible. Thanks
We have modify a open source booking plugin. Our payment part managed by woocommerce. So any woocommerce payment plugin can be used for check out. Thank you
Wow great, just do let me know once the payment gatewy should be done, and last things you can implement mpre your mobile version, like after add a room its not ridirect into checkout page and ppl become confused they think the page might not wirking, what happened was with me. the rest is just awesome

the template is beautiful design but all section are made whit customs fields and more text with css class added, not real easy to customize and it’s easy to lost same format during the editing. The biggest problem is if you want a multilingual site: you are obligate to purchase a WPLM plugin in the “multilingual CMS” plugin version ($79.00 + tax). to much expansive theme!
If you want to create multilanguage site you need to use any third party plugin , after purchase. This is WordPress system. There is nothing to do from any theme developer. Multi language is not build in features for WordPress Thank you

Hi. I have problem with the main menu of the theme. When I access to level 2 I can’t to select the menu because it is closed. eg. Branches => Bogota => [Branch1, Branch2, Branch3]. When I select Branch 2 o Branch 3 the menu disappears.
