Make sure you use combination of both latest ps and tempalte version, becosue this issue happens if you use theme 4.1.9 and prestashop older than 1.7.4

Issues solved
After updating prestashop to 1.7.4.2 and warehouse to version 4.1.9 i get some visualization problem on the page builds with elementor: In the home page the video background disappear ( i try to rebuild the section but without success) and also the instagram section does not work ( i’m not able to see it anymore ).
For both problem i try to delete and rebuild the section, save, cleared the cache and try to see if it solved, but unfortunately no… Don’t work…
Please note that in the builder i can see everything correctly, but don’t work on the live site.
Check your javascipt console for errors, maybe you did not performaned additional steps from doc guide related to re-save revolution slider after upgrade

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately my support period seems to be expired. The frustrating thing is that before the upgrade the website don’t have any kind of problem… but after the upgrade yes… In my opinion you should help me to solve this problem.
Regarding your answer, I haven’t used the revolution slider, i just use elementor to put video background…
Sorry but I’m obligated to follow rules on themeforest which claim there i 6 moths support period, then if you need diretct help you need to extend it. Especially problem after updates are often related to some problems to ps update not theme or not corectly followed update guide.
By comments i pointed you where to look, in chrome console for js error which may you give some hints

re: Tabs on product pages. I’m not using tabs (all product information is displayed linearly on each page) but I would like the information in the “Additional product page content block and tab” to be in a tab, not at the bottom of the page. In other words, I’d like the number of tabs to be 2, not 4 or 5. How can this be achieved? Thanks.

latest template version is compatible with 1.7.4.x only
Revolution Slider says it’s not activated. It says if it came bundled in a theme (which is the case) that it should be activated. And it’s not so I can not use all the plugins and add-ons
Rev slider is included in template thanks to extended license and it is fully functional without activation

Yes you still have access to download a template and in downloaded package you will find also version for 1.7

Is there a way to remove the title of a CMS page that it is being edited with the live editor (Visual Page Editor)?
Once you open the live editor the title does not appear, but if you load the normal view (navigate to the section) you can see the title of that CMS page above all elements that you have placed in the Visual Page Editor.
I can not just hide the .h1.page-title with CSS as some pages I do want to have this title.

in ps 1.7 in themeediotr module > menu > vertical menu > poisition set disable

make sure fonts included in themedtor are with https

as there was an answer on my support question, but, that was not the solution, i have to ask here (also strange for me that it is possible that the support ends even if there are tickets not solved and the problems still exist).
However, your answer was the following – but, it did not help at all, still the same and i am using your latest theme version 4.1.9 – changing the option is not changing the format of the product boxes and line them up
(ticket 1698779)“in themeditor > content > product list there is option to have same height of product boxes, you need to have latest version to have that option avaiable, it is, option is named “Button align” and you ned to set align bottom”

It is css of entire Prestasop frontoffice, it containt core css, theme css and all css of modules. Ypu can disable CCC for CSS in preferences seetings and then instead of one file you will have each file separatluy

Hi Marcin, First of all, congratulations for your fresh marriage! I just want to make a short note about the theme file permissions after a new 4.1.9 installation using Presta 1.7.4.2 and PHP 7.1.21. Checking these file permissions in cpanel file manager, the result is: all theme folders have 0777 permission instead of 0755, except cache folder. This one have 1411 permission. Files in folders have 0777 and 0666, instead of 0755 and 0644. The comparison was made with classic theme files and folders. All this leads to the generation of an error message, ie: Required parameters – please fix the following errors(s). No errors follow this message. But 1 click upgrade module will not upgrade the shop in the future. Switching to classic theme, this message disappear. Changing the theme cache folder permission with 0705 instead of 1411, will solve the problem. Maybe you’ll take a look. Regards, Bogdan
