We are not supporting vertical menu for the Ed Theme. For that purpose, you can use Quicksidebar, but note that in Quicksidebar you can’t have submenu items.
For “Depth” issue – we test it and it works, so please explain in more details about the issue you have.
Also, please note that your support pack has expired. Please renew it by visiting Downloads tab on your ThemeForest account, we need a valid support pack so we can access. Once you do that please contact us again and send access to your site so we can inspect what is going on?

We follow the Gutenberg development and we will make sure the transfer is smooth. Ed School Theme is using Visual Composer and it also depends on them how they will deal with Gutenberg. We do not recommend using Gutenberg in production since it is not included in the WP core. Gutenberg is in testing phase still.

You can try using default WPBakery Custom Heading addons to stack them to achieve similar look.
Hi. I’m trying to download the Ed-School theme. It says to upload “Ed-school-1.3.0-installable.zip which I did. Every time I do I get a error message saying “the link you followed has expired”. When I tried to download the theme by downloading just “ed-school-child” it told me to download the parent theme, “ed-schol”. I tried, and then I got the same error message “the link you followed has expired”. How do I proceed??

Hi, Updated the Redux Framework plugin today, and my site is there but its like covered by a white screen. I can hover over sections so its not a real white screen of death, but something is off. Then it sort of just reappears. I shut off other plugins and it seems to be the Redux plugin. My fonts are all messed up too. Site was fine last week, no issues. Site is http://www.miltsafe.com/
