Thank you for your interest in our theme. WP Job Manager is a freely available plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-job-manager/ built by Automattic, the same team that manages WordPress. Jobhunt is built for this plugin.

By default, WPJM allows a registered user to post a job with a link to apply for the job. You can use WooCommerce Paid Listing ( a premium plugin ) to charge users for posting a job.

Candidates/Resumes – is not a default feature of WPJM. You’ll have to use the Resume Manager AddOn. With Resume Manager add-on you have control over user roles gets to see which resume. Ref : https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/resume-manager/
