Hello, I have added the wizestore into a test domain to configure it before moving it to the actual domain. If I register the theme to the testing domain, will I be able to use it in the actual domain later?
Hi there! Sure, you can do that. While registering your theme on the test domain, you will be asked to sign up an account with us, please use your actual email address.
Hi, I bought your theme. I have working website on joomla. now i want to build my website on wordpress. It will have same domain name and will be on same server. I uploaded wordpress and wizestore theme on my server as it is written in documentation. How I can work on wordpress, but at the same time leave my current website online. After building new website on wordpress I will delete current one. I am kindly asking you to advise me how to do it. Thank you in advance.

Hello, I am currently in charge of maintenance of a site that has purchased your theme. However, I can’t find how to do galerie swipe on Woocommerce, I analyzing the code of your demo, I see that you use: WooCommerce Photoswipe styles.
So I tried to install it, but it doesn’t work, I can’t find anything in your document. Do you use a plugin? Isn’t that a not-failure option of the theme? How to instal the Photoswipe.

Hi – no the support package is no longer active – but I expected to be able to update the theme outside of this when paying for a premium theme – otherwise it feels like a bit of con!!
The stable and latest version is always available on themeforest, you can log into your account , download it and update it manually.
if i did this I’m assuming i would have to delete the current version uploaded to the site which would in turn delete the child theme connected to it and I’d lose lots of modifications! The theme options show that the site is authenticated and connected – why can I not automatically upgrade? This is a catastrophic failure of the theme if it doesn’t work!
The auto update works only when the support package is valid.
wow – that’s really shocking! So there’s no way to update the theme without removing all of my modifications? I wouldn’t have bought the theme had i been aware of this. I’m afraid I will have to leave a bad review!
