1.Google Page Speed incomplete test function on mobile. You should test on GTmetrix and Pingdom. On GTmetrix and Pingdom our theme have good value 2. If you buy theme on ThemeForest you will get fully support services form us, if you download theme on Envato Elements you not get fully support services, because Envato Elements not provide support services

I am having trouble importing demo data from your theme. When I use the “demo importer” tool, I recieve an error message with the following “ERROR: ERROR (0)”.
Is this a problem do to with the theme? I have tried increasing my upload file size etc but nothing seems to work I keep getting the same error.

My server definitely meets the system requirements of the theme. It was working fine the week before.
It seems after I done the latest Wordpress Update, the demo importer has stopped responding. Are you sure that there is no issue with the theme files concerning the new Wordpress update?

Hi, under my portfolio where it shows more projects, there are arrows that say “preview” and “next”... It seems like it should say “previous” instead of “preview” since it takes you to the previous project. Is there a way to fix this or remove the arrows? Thanks.

1) Please go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Header -> Layout , and change value of Enable Header Transparency to NO ( http://prntscr.com/lv0qey )
2) Go to the edit your homepage and you will see the page settings. and then you need to change value of Enable Header Transparency to YES ( http://prntscr.com/lv0q0j )

That is unfortunate. I understand not offering support, I don’t understand why a broken theme has been published to Elements. If you or any other author are allowing themes to be available via the Elements subscription, then you do have an ethical responsibility to make sure that they are not broken/unusable. I would hate to think that this was a deliberate attempt to publish a handicapped theme in order to get people to buy it after realizing it doesn’t work via the subscription they are paying for. If Envato are enforcing any standards/quality for such, they are clearly not being met here. I will reach out to Envato and see if they will remove this theme from the Elements subscription, as the inability to change images in the theme settings renders this theme useless and paints the new subscription model in a bad light.
Hi there, I apologize for this but the theme has been tested before uploading to Elements. According to my inference, you may encounter the following cases
1) There is a conflict between the plugins that you have installed with the theme plugins
2) You have missing some the files while installing the theme
3) You server does not meet the system requirements of the theme

No to all 3, sorry. We did discover what causes the problem, after going through 3 WP core installations: Importing demo data kills the button functionality in the theme settings (the buttons that control images). Before demo/dummy data is imported, they work fine. After the import, they are rendered non-functional. You may want to look into that as it could be affecting more than just us. Thanks.
