Hi there, it’s responsive mode. There is no space for 3 or 4 columns on mobile device.
Don’t tell me, because I was using another theme before and was able to make 3 n 4 columns on mobile device also with visual composer. Please google it… We click on edit coloumn and in responsive, was choosing it..

Ive been using Superowly since the start of 2018 with only minor issues that I have been able to live with. Today the site just suddenly stopped working; nothing would come up, just a white screen. I contacted my website host, as I thought it might be a hosting issue, but after running several tests they concluded it was a plugin compatibility issue. They disabled all the plugins and now my site is just a bunch of code. What do I do from here? Is my site lost?

I have fixed the logo. But still not sure about the gap on every page that doesnt have a slider.

I changed the domain of my website and now the theme is saying the purchase code is already registered. could you deregister purchase code on the other domain and try again. Not sure how to do that can you all deregister it on your end and fix it?

Any quick tips on how to change the size of featured images on the archive page? They are currently coming in at 750×460 and I would like them to be more like 750×220. I have dug through the code trying to find where to do this but no luck.

Thank you for the very prompt reply. Much appreciated. I found that before I posted my comment, and changed the second value to 220, but then it also changed the width of the featured image/post thumbnail on my live site. I assume there is something in some other file that is affecting the aspect ratio of the post thumbnails or something along those lines, but I haven’t figured out what that is.
