I updated Prestashop and the theme to the latest version and I have a javascript error $ is not a function. Stretched sections are not working properly due to this js error.

I did translation of WH1.6 for German language. Now if I am upgrade my shop to 1.7, may I able to import the translation of WH1.6 ?
Sorry it is majos prestasho upgrade and diffrent strings and translaton system so translations from 1.6 are not compatible

The question for Marcin and community. Block viewed module – is it possible to show somewhere conveniently on the product page (no columns) or menu . Warehouse has so many custom features but not for the block “Already seen products”. Thank You in advance for Your support

How can I resize/add amount of products to display to the carousels (crosselling, products in same category, accessory carousels) in the product page? In the homepage the carousel/slider can be modified with the IQIT content generator module but for product page there are no ways to modify it. Would appreciate any help!

in themeeditor > product list you can set default settings for product listing and carouseks
It does not give the option to set how many products you can show in the carousel on the product page. Which .js file do I have to manually edit to achieve this?
no, there is otion for product list which also change settins for product carousels

Dear Marcin. I have a huge problems with cache of themeeditor changes. When anything changed in themeeditor settings in tabs or css – desktop layout (in header or menu) gets broken (mobile layout is OK). It lasts for 2 months or so. Nothing helps – clearing cache via backoffice, server cache/smarty/compile/ etc and folder and warehouse/cache/ – neither…. Needs recover from backup cache folder/ 2 periods of support were finished. Please give me some feedback \Thank You in advance
Dear Marcin. I have solved the problem disabling smart caching CSS from CCC settings. But smart caching CSS enabling gets the layout broken for desktops

At the moment I cannot renew the support. So if custom css effect maybe to copy them and delete from the module tab and then after smart caching enabling to put them again?
Dear Marcin. Continue exploring the issue I have described last week with broken layout. The problem is that I cannot modify or create subcategory trees in MegaMenu. Look on screenshot – empty spaces where disappearing subcategories http://joxi.ru/KAgWnP1i4R8eKA Trying to export and import menu tabs them or find the field in database – nothing. Honestly I still use 3.8.2 version of the template. Maybe You could tell me where to look deeper. Guess it is the same problem (maybe with customs css conflict between theme editor and megamenu’s css sets). Thank You in advance
Marcin. I do not know whether You find it interesting or obvious… I have find the reason why categories were unable to choose from the tree (and the form was empty) in megamenu settings. Recently I have disabled the root category (No1) due to SEO reason. When I enabled it – everything has restored and I can modify megamenu category (subcategory) tabs easily. Hope You spend Your time on me just reading. Thank You

When I activate the child theme all the module settings are lost, I found some modules that I have uninstalled activated again, such as the cookielaw module, I try to export the configuration of the theme and import back in the child but it only added the custom css and js. all module are reverted to the original behavior, like I installed the Theme the first time. Is there a procedure to follow to activate the child theme, or it is a bug somewhere?
I have the theme installed and I want to use the translations I have done in future installations. Where can I find the translation files of the theme?

Fixed it was an issue at productlist.tpl file updated it removed truncate code from product_desc section

Szablon dziala bez problemu z roznymi jezykami, walutami, czy w multistore(wszystkie dema są oparte o multistore)

Jeśli można będę pisał po polsku. 1. Na stronie frontowej nie działa mi poprawnie menu (nie podświetla się i nie rozwija podkategorii) i np. informacja o plikach cookies. Problem znika po przejściu na inną stronę (np. wybierając jedną z kategorii głównych). Jakby był problem z JavaScript na głównej stronie. 2. Przy realizacji zamówienia i przejściu do sposobu dostawy pojawia się 500 Server Error.

Na innym sklepie (polski i GB) problem z zamówieniem występuje tylko w wersji GB. O co chodzi?

Hello Marcin You recommended the module ps-categoryproduct to show the products of the same category, and I now have a problem because, although the images of all the products are shown, the title and the price are only shown in the first one. Would you know what this is?
It is bug of this module related with cache, This module is core part of prestashop not of tempalte
After adding anything to the cart, the cart symbol and content is not updated. Reloading the page shows the correct content. Do you have any idea? (Current PrestaShop and just updated the theme) Also the IQITMEGAMENU has no JS registered and does not show any overlay on mouseover/click. In the old version one needed to integrate module in a specific slot to load all JS. In the newest version I think this is not the case any more, is it?

I got the Warehouse template for Prestashop 1.6 thru a 3rd party that is customizing my eCommerce. They charged me for the template. I just noticed now that they used their own themeforest account (confirmed by them) and that therefore I have nothing to prove purchase (i.e. to access support, download updates, ...). Is this procedure approbed by you?
Sorry but to get support you need to be verified customer with active support period. If they bought it for you from own accoutn they should give details to you
