Hello, I got the same issue. Though I relaoded the template twice right now from Themeforest. Can you please update the Themeforest files or send me the update? Thanks a lot in advance. (And yes, it works great in the online demo http://forbetterweb.com/html/universal/indexslider.html here, but as soon as you download the theme you got this issue – locally and uploaded on a server without making any changes in the files.

I’ve purchased Universal – Smart Multi-purpose html5. All the index are OK but unfortunately the “Slider parallax” file “indexslider.html” doesn’t work with Mozilla FireFox 
Images background are not displayed it’s only a background white ?
It’s the same problem with Mozilla FireFox / OS Linux Debian or Mozilla FireFox / Windows 7

Now that you are all right with me : the slider is white in mozilla. I think the right solution to corrige seriously the pb will be an upgrade of themeforest template and no to send an other template by private message.

The YTPlayer (Youtube background video) doesn’t work on any mobile devices (iOs, Android, Windows, etc.) due to restrictions applied by the vendors on media controls via javascript. Adding a background image to the body as mobile devices fallback is a good practice and it will also prevent unwanted white flickering on desktop browsers when the video is buffering.
Hi. I’d like to buy this template – but I see a problem in the PORTFOLIO section.
Every time the portfolio section DECREASES in height (when the number of items decreases), there is a large space appears at the bottom under the footer. Can this be fixed for future releases?
