Hi, there is a bug with the paralax background video, when you push the play button in chrome the video stops playing and nothing else happens. Can you fix that?
I just checked it again. There isn’t a bug.
so why stops the video on my laptop and desktop pc? I tested the site in safari and Firefox as well but i got the issue only in chrome.

I tested it on my PC and laptop. It works properly. Maybe, in your area, it can be some Youtube related restrictions.

Hi … On template “page without sidebars” I would also like the header removed. How can I accomplish this. (not via CSS preferably). I edited the template file but it keeps appearing.

Open royal/templates/page-wide.php. And, remove the 1st section.
I did but It keeps showing the header (also after clearing cache). Looks like a :before is still triggered

Hello, We have a problem with the menu. We upload the dark and the light logo but when we change Logo Height on Scroll from 25 to 70 our menu will disappear while we scrolling down. Please can you help us to fix this?

You can uninstall and re-install the plugin or replace royal/inc/register.php.

I display it wonderfully when in the regular page, but when in the front page the carousel in not showing anymore and displays all the files in a grid mode…

In your lovely theme after clicking on one of the “portfolio” images, when closing the “tab” that opens to display the portfolio content… page doesn’t aligns automatically to the point you were before (portfolio gallery) but shows the content below instead. I’m afraid this might create some confusion for the user’s navigation, especially when mobile..
Is there anything I can do about it?

Open Appearance / Customize / Site Identity. You’ll see Site Icon field to upload your own favicon.

Open Site Sections. Set Layout Type as Section with Video Background. Select section content page. Then, write YouTube video ID. Finally, save changes.
That’s what I made: - I created an empty page named “video” - opened the site sections, selected “section with video background” - selected “section content”—> “video” page - copied the youtube ID like this: “https://www.youtube.com/embed/gORrpDXDML8” - insert an empty space in the “video” page to set the parallax height to 900px
and all I see is a black row with a play symbol that does nothing.. I also tried to add ”?autoplay=1” to the ID…

You can add multiple maps via Google Maps shortcode in Royal Elements.

Video backgrounds can’t work on mobile for security reasons. I suggest you to upload high-resolution images to make them clean.

Hi, I am setting the Site Sections (HomePage), and I have realized that one of the sections is not assuming the right Title Lettering. I have checked and it has the name format as all the other sections, but it keeps assuming a different one.

Where can I send some printscreens to explain better? No, the section title “Empresas do Grupo” is correct, but the Title Style is not the right one, even though I have made sure that it has the same style as all the other titles of the others sections.
As I saw, you need to create a new page that section. Because, section title gets ”.section .container h2” CSS style.
You can add a custom CSS:
.custom_title {
text-transform: uppercase;
letter-spacing: -0.05em;
font-weight: 700;
font-size: 40px;
line-height: 1.5em;
color: #282828;
}
Add “custom_title” CSS style to your new title.
Or, you can add a title easily by Royal Elements / Section Title.
I have just tried with the Royal Elements / Section Title, and in the Homepage the title still gets a different style comparing with the other titles and it also gets aligned to the left now (when it should be centered)

I have an issue with wordpress install. I have uploaded the theme via FTP and activated it, I have downloaded all the recommended plugins and when I went to change the logo I am unable to upload and get an error “The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2018/08.”
You need to change the read-write permission of the folder.

When I replace the Royal logo for my Logo on the Header Menu, it does not stay aligned with the rest of the menu.

Yes, that’s where I changed for my logo. “Royal / Logo” section and I place both Dark and Light logo with 110×75 and it is not aligned. How can I solve this?

My logo minimum size is 110*67 however when i put it on the Header Menu it does not stay aligned with the rest of the menu.

You just need to change 25px in “Logo” section to 67px.

Hi! My name is Miguel Sousa and I bought the Theme Royal. I have been trying to configurate my website, but I am getting some difficulties with some settings.
1. Can you tell me how can I remove the header of the pages. I want to make it invisible in all pages, but I keep getting it anyway.
2. Also, on the Home Section on the Main Header I am trying to create a button available in the Royal shortcodes, but it doesn’t recognize the hyperlink I attach to it.
3. How can I pick the template to be used on the blog page? Once I target the blog page as the Blog page on the Reading Settings, automatically I lose the access to the template models.

You can copy blog template and change its template name to “Articles”.
Hi, Maybe I didnt explain properly. Please see the new email I sent you with the screenshots. Basically When I set the Page Blog on the Reading Settings, it overwrites the pages and disables the template option on the Blog page. Check the email I sent you now.
There’s no a coding I did for Article pages. You can add new pages from “Pages” section and blog posts via “Posts” section.

Quick question; we’ve downloaded an older version and upon making the final steps in designing our website, we noticed this theme has been updated. You can remove and reinstall it via WP admin panel or upload via FTP.

If you update it via FTP, your data stays the same.
Oh, excellent! Is it best to just delete the whole “Royal” folder in the FTP themes folder, and then replace it with the newest version from ThemeForest.net? I just want to clarify before potentially ruining all of my hard work.
