Hi I am trying to change the back pictures that are on the home page, service pages etc.. They are currently pixelated and I can’t seem to change them with the WP Page builder, they seem to be behind those areas and I can’t find the edit function to remove and update them with different pictures.
I am also trying to to change the drop down menu for listed services when attempting to schedule an appointment and can’t seem to find that fuctionality as well.
WP Page builder isn’t allowing me to change the services tabs where “moxibustion, auricular therapy, acupuncture magnetic therapy, etc.” I can’t change those tabs along the left side so I can make it around my specialties.

2 ) WPBakeryBuilder issue : Make sure you have been using WPBakeryBuilder Version 5.6 , if not you have to update the plugin . So send a mail through the right bottom form located @http://themeforest.net/user/designthemes . So that we will send the updated plugin versions.
3 ) Dropdown Menu: Did you refer this section http://prntscr.com/ltucku ? these are services http://prntscr.com/ltucs5 , so if you want to customize the menu then you can delete / add the services under Services menu .
Make sure you have enabled the payment option – http://prntscr.com/ltud51 if not enalbe it under Admin Panel > Appearance > Accu Option > Booking Options > Payment ,

You can easy to install our theme without any issues. May your installing method was wrong. “Theme is missing the style.css stylesheet error” – this error is common to wordpress, So please follow the steps, Please refer the Link : https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error
Don’t install the entire download ZIP package rather than the actual theme itself. The downloaded package contains documentation,child theme etc. So unzip package and find actual theme folder then install theme.
Try following ways,
1) This error is caused by trying to install the entire download ZIP package rather than the actual theme itself. The downloaded package contains documentation,child theme etc. So unzip package and find actual theme file then install theme.
2) Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes – > Add New > Upload Theme > Browse the actual theme zip file and install the theme.
If your WordPress up-loader does not work. Please check that your server has the following limits as explained in our knowledge base link else contact your hosting support to do so.

Thinking of buying. Can you specify different services and can users book appointments for a specific services? Also once a service is booked can a user continue in an uninterrupted process to pay online for that service?

Because of some license issue, we have not included those images. Dummy image will be present instead of original image. You need to replace your own images. Hello. I purchased the theme and installed all the demo content successfully and have a few questions.
1. Why does all the CSS load late? The site will load with default web fonts and items like the nav bar will not be full-width and then the CSS loads late and then you see everything switch to what it’s supposed to look like. How can I fix this?
2. I’ve chosen not to have a loader icon, but one still appears on site load (along with a background color)—how do I get rid of that thing and have the slider carousel load instantly?
3. After loading all the demo content, there is no documentation that came with the zip that explains how to edit what’s on the page or build the widgets from scratch. All I can tell is that there are a ton of shortcodes (on a separate doc) which can also be seen in the ‘Home – Front Page’ file with references to images and broken urls but not sure how to update with my own images + content.
For example, on the Home page, I see:
