This is pro version of Font Awesome 5, it’s available in the WHMCS template, not the HTML version.
For the HTML version, you can use the free one like this “fas fa-globe”.

I thought that you have the latest version “FontAwesome 5”. You have version 4.7, so instead of using “fas” or “fab” use “fa”.

In that case, please remove the custom client area template and make sure only Six template is installed and running and see if that resolves the issue. Then you can ask the template developers to update the template to fix it in the custom template.

You see a lot of the WHMCS templates advertised here on TF comes with a degraded version of the landing pages (especially on small screens) except for very few ones like the HostPro (http://www.trewhost.com/members/index.php?rp=/store/ssl-certificates). I wish yours is among these few.
