We are currently thinking about changing to wordpress because of the easy setup and design.
There are no limits to what our theme or WordPress can contain, we have some customers with 25,000+ products. The only limitations are really on your web server, configuration, and your web hosting.

Thanks for your interest! The demo content is all included but the included demo content images are blurred out. Like other themes on ThemeForest we are not able to include the photos in the theme bundle. Please let us know if you have any other questions

So I updated the theme and plugin lately and as of this last update is anyone else seeing that whenever you make a bulk change to listing status (Draft to Published for example) you then lose all your listing category information for ALL the selected vehicles? I wasn’t sure what was happening, deleted them all and imported them again. All information was there. Edit one vehicle, everything works find. Selected multiple vehicles, all category info goes poof. I’ll post here again if I can figure this out.
Deleted all listing categories and deleted all data. Set everything back up again and re-imported my data. Everything shows up fine. As soon as I do a bulk edit, all Listing Category information disappears. This went from annoying/frustrating to critical. Now going to see if I can find the previous versions so I can scrap the updates and try and get it to what it was.
By the way, to quickly define the issue: Bulk Edit = Loss of Listing Category Data Quick Edit = Loss of Listing Category Data Edit = Everything works fine. ALL plugins except Automotive Listings deactivated Original Automotive Theme Activated
Rolled back the Automotive Listings Plugin to the original file from a year or so ago and no issue with Bulk or Quick Edits. Looks to be something wrong with most recent update. Just a note for anyone with high inventory that does bulk/quick edits

We have got this fixed now, the fix will be included with the next Automotive Listings update that is released on ThemeForest. Current version is 13.6.1, so it will either be 13.6.2 or 13.7
Is there any kind of time frame for these updates to show up?There is a loss of some functionality when using the rolled back version of the plug in.

The photography is not included with the theme bundle, the blurred out images are just placeholders.
Hi, my single listings pages have Year,Make,Model etc displayed. However my Inventory page (displays multiple listings) does not display any of this information just the price. Under Listing categories I did tick the “Use on listing box”. How do i fix this?

I updated the theme manually like I read in the posts here but now the plugin Automotive listings can’t be updated – API input is not possible in update settings and it just says Envato account connected… Any input or do I just wait for next update…?

I’ve bought your automotive theme and I want to use the Dutch translation files (.po and .mo) I uploaded both files.
The first one I’ve uploaded in: www.xxxwebsitexxx.nl/auto/wp-content/languages/themes (nl_NL.mo en nl_NL.po)
The second one in: www.xxxwebsitexxx.nl/auto/wp-content/languages/plugins (listings-nl_NL.mo and listings-nl_NL.po)

Are you sure you clicked Grab Envato Products on the support site when you are trying to import your purchase code? You may be entering your purchase code into the plugin field, however that plugin field is only for plugins purchased outside of Envato/ThemeForest (sold through our own website)

Just as user ‘ayeshathawani’, I cannot save any Features & Options that I select in a car listing. I can add new features, but everything is de-selected after saving. Was working before?

It looks like we didn’t update it in the Theme Bundle >> Plugins, but if you unzip the automotive.zip theme installer and look in the Plugins folder the latest version is in there. Sorry for the confusion on this, we will get that corrected, but that will work in the meantime.

For some reason the car features doesn’t seem to save when I create new listings. Also if I try to edit a older listing all features that was saved at the time of creating disappears and doing it again doesn’t save/post. How can this be rectified. I have switched themes but the issue exists I turned off all plugins except the ones needed for the theme to work but still same issue. Looks like the Automotive Listing plugin has some issues. Please advise how this can be resolved. Thank you
Very strange, I just searched our support site and can’t find any other reports of any similar issues. You may have some sort of hosting related issue going on with permissions or something. Please renew your support and open up a Support Ticket including temporary login details for both wp-admin and FTP so we can have a look at it for you. Thanks!

We recommend using Poedit, we have not tested Polylang although I know some customers have used it successfully. And yes, every last word and phrase in the theme is customizable. The Search Inventory fields are all setup under Listings >> Listing Categories. Hi there. I’m tying to update to the latest version and I get an error message “Update Failed: Download failed. Forbidden” – could you please advice
Envato just started pushing a rate limiting tactic to move users from the legacy API to the newest one. We added the new API functionality in our latest theme update however it requires manually updating it to the latest version in order to get it. After you do this you will be able to automatically update for future updates.
You mentioned updates being fixed in another comment… I just manually updated to the latest version and still get “Choose a purchase code to log in with this site: None” when trying to log in with Envato.
You have to login with the same account you used to purchase the theme with. If you are using the same account, you may have already registered the purchase code to another website. If that is the case you can login to our support site at https://support.themesuite.com and add your purchase code (if you haven’t already) and reset the license there, then it will allow you to register it with your current website.
My purchase code shows that it is not registered (so there is nothing to reset?). It does not show up under the options to register it when I click the option to “Log in with Envato”.
Did you rename the theme or child theme to something other then Automotive? If so you will need to change it back to Automotive to install it

automotive theme gets updated but listings does not says= it doesn’t look like you have entered a valid ThemeForest Username & API Key. To receive updates for the plugin you must validate this information in the [Update Settings](https://abadiacar.pt/wp-admin/admin.php?page=automotive_wp&tab=7)section.
so i go to the page that it sends me and it says api key correte how can i fix this

Yes, you need to set up a new one under Theme Options >> Update Settings
There is nothing there to be changed, it just says:

Just because it updates the theme doesn’t mean the API is working good, please see the link above about Envato rate limiting. Rate limiting means you can use it once, but you can’t use it again for a set period of time, which is exactly what is still happening to you. If you are not comfortable updating manually via FTP please send an email to sales@themesuite.com and we can provide you with a quote on updating it for you. After it is updated to the latest versions you just need to go to Theme Options >> Update Settings and connect your account to the new API. You cannot connect to the new API without updating to at least v9.3 of the theme and v13.6 of the plugin. Thanks!

1) I can see “Login” link on the demo, does your platform have Sing up feature as well? If so what actually customer is able to see/do in his account once registered and signed in? Do you have a link or screenhots on that. 2) Does platform has feature to allow customers to upload their photos, vehicle details etc to automatically add their listing to the website. 3) is your theme compatible with elementor plugin ? 4) is there ability to import the demo ?

1.) This will just log you into your WordPress account
2.) We have a Front End Submission plugin that can be purchased separately from the theme which would enable customers to create listings (either free, or paid listings through PayPal or Stripe). They can have a management interface to manage their listings, etc. It is up to you if you want to have an administrator approve the listings before they go live on the website or not. 3.) I don’t know that we have ever tested it with Elementor, however it includes Visual Composer which is a fantastic page builder
4.) Yes, the demo content can be imported in a couple of clicks and you will have a fully working version of the demo site
