Hi, i am having a problem adding photos to portfolio. I press the “add files” select photos from media library, use this media but nothing happens. I am on Wordpress 4.9, all plugins are updated Any thoughts?
Found the problem, wp smush plugin was causing this problem
I cannot seem to override the map title “Themesflat Map”. I enter a new title to display on the map, but the “Themesflat Map” remains.
I tried looking at the demo on themeforest to see if you had a custom title, but the API key isn’t configured on the theme demo.

The theme is fine, just follow the video they sent.
Reason can be: your hosting has speed problems. you please follow these steps 1: clean your theme 2: re-install wp blank 3: install theme and note: install demo by method manual: see video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFMotTvPPYghere the problems with the installation of the demo data accumulate. You don’t have a solution for me yet, I expect you to fix it now. The communication with them is underground, they send to everyone the default text that either the host is too slow or another excuse. If you don’t solve it by tomorrow I want my money back, this theme is otherwise worthless to me.

i have the same problem with the demo data, if installes the wp dashboard dont work, very bad support, so many people here discripe the same problem!!!
Dear Webcentric, I downloaded this theme from Envato Elements. I was able to download the demo content with no problems. The documentation mentions using a plugin, and that didn’t work for me, but the theme function under APPEARANCE, SAMPLE DATA worked fine. Hope this helps you.

This is ver frustrating, we bought this theme via Envato elements, and it doesnt work, it locks you out of WP admin / dashboard. We get the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” PLEASE HELP, I emailed your support email with the WP Admin login details.

Hi, we have purchased the theme and after we import the demo content, we are not able to access the WP dashboard. We get the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” so we login, but can not get into the dashbaord, as soon as we go into the wp-admin directory, we get that message. Please help. I see other user also has the same problem.
