This theme doesn’t contain such option. You need to edit theme files to achieve it. It’s not part of support (which has expired). You need to hire a freelancer.

I`ve latest theme version 1.3.1.
But now I could get one indication for my problem. When I changed theme to wp default, than back to Vernissage. There was option message “vernissage is now activated. The custom options panel is located under Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Options.” And that Theme Options was in link, when I clicked – got this error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” (and link was mysiteslink/wp-admin/themes.php?page=vernissage_theme)
Maybe now you have some good solution, which would resolve this problem?

Got it. The reason you can’t see the settings is in your WordPrss config. In your wp-config.php you have:
define(‘DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT’, true);
which must to be by default
define(‘DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT’, false);
