I wanted to know if it was possible to do these following with your theme.
1. Is it possible to let tour providers add their tours to this site or will I need to do each of them myself.
2. I would like to integrate travel affiliate sites like TravelPayouts and Skyscanner and others to my site with this theme. Is that possible?

First of all, Thanks for interest 
1. We have two custom tour role as ’ tour author’ and ‘tour staff’ and you can assign the access for example, be able to edit their own tour , to these roles. But this will be done via wp backend.
2. Unfortunately, this can’t be done.

Hello want to purchase the theme and use it as a market place for travel agents. Does the theme support it, if it does not can it be customized to support this feature or can i use a multi market plugin like dokan for this purpose?

Unfortunately, we don’t have that feature in this theme. It can’t be customized for that way because many many features are required to be implement.
This theme only have a custom role ‘Tour author’ to allow to manage their own tour but we don’t have the system for % cut of revenue and money transfer to tour author..
pre-sale question: will it be possible for tour-admins to add their tours themselves? some kind of separate admin-dashboards for organisers? Thank you!
Hi, First of all, Thanks for interest In this theme we do have two other roles called ‘Tour Author’ and ‘Tour Staff’, you can assign the custom role to them (so one may be able to edit or view only transactions and another can also edit the tour while you can opt out the ability to edit websites’ pages and admin panel.)
Hi, is it possible to add more than one system, admin booking and admin registration email address, as it would be useful to have more than just one.
in the email field, you can try putting commas (,) to add more email.

Hello I have bought your theme and love it. But I can not contact you through the support, as it does not offer this theme in a category, so will not submit my ticket….
Anyway, I have setup this tour which has different prices depending on the number of people, eg group discount. But it also has different options for clients to choose accommodation or not. SO there should be 3 tour packages to choose from 1 with NO accommodation 1 with cheaper share accommodation 1 with medium priced hotel accomodation BUT I can only display packages with room base OR without room based. BUT I want to have room based for 2 packages and no room based for 1 tour package. Can you please advise me how i can do this for the same tour? Thanks

hm, you can use the plugin but note that the tour system in this theme will be totally independent from the Marketplace plugin.

In this case, it can’t be done because our tour system can’t work cross plugin to MultiVendor plugin.

I needto confirm these points: 1-Comission for reservations: When a customer book a tour, Can we charge only a reservation fee ? The idea is that the payment will be completed after booking before the tour starts. 2-Manage bookings/availablity by tour guides: We need to let to each tour guides manage their tour availavility by their own. 3-Multi language

My support has expired today, 10/7/18, but I am unable to reply to my existing open support tickets. How do I continue my support on the tickets that were open before my support expired? Again, I am unable to reply to my open tickets.
And there is a bug with this theme which can be a big problem. The Tour layout in a Tour element resets to the archive layout by itself in couple of days. There is no way to reset it back. I have set all of my tour pages with a Tour element. The Tour element should display the tours in a grid style and that is what I see in the page editor. But, when I click on preview or go on my website, the layout is not a grid layout. It is what I set in the archive layout. There is no way to change it to a grid layout right now.
The layout of the Tour element is taking its settings from Tourmaster->Archive Page which is a bug. It should not have anything to do with those settings. It should take its layout settings from what is set in Tour element’s own settings.
Any update on this? I need a fix to this ASAP! This bug has caused me to take my website down!
