Hi, is there an option to export theme options? so if I installed fleur, want to make an update an call the new theme fleur2 – am I able to save the theme options from fleur? Or how should I update the theme safely? As well the mobile page speed is very very bad…

Sorry, but support is not working any more. And I think that renewing the supprt just to update the theme is a bit expensive… Great looking theme (really amazing)!!!! But technically not happy with it :/

There is no need to renew support in order to do theme update. Your are able to do theme update and download latest theme version without it. But it is always helpful to do backup of the theme before doing this. We hope you’ll be able to solve this.

Great theme but I’m having the same issue with “This page isn’t working— didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE” — the Mikado Core Plugin and WP Bakery Plugin are not compatible and I cannot edit my pages via WP dashboard. I opened a support ticket a couple of days ago and no agent has replied.

In order to fix the login issue, we can replace the theme with the default one.

Once we replace the theme, you will be able to login to the dashboard, but please note that some of the customization will be lost once we replace the theme with the default one.

I went into my website that I made with this theme, and set it up without a problem. Now, I try to go edit one of the pages, and I get a message that says “This page isn’t working— didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE” – After several hours of troubleshooting, If I disable the Mikado Core plugin, I can get the page to get to edit mode. If I disable the WP Bakery Plugin I can do the same – but for some reason I cant get the both of them to make the page come up – even after changing the memory limit to 512

Ive also tried submitting a ticket – but it says support is expired.. even after purchasing support.

The website is now ready for my customer and I moved it from the test-domain to his server and “made it visible” for customers and google. But yoast shows me a big error “Your homepage cannot be indexed by search engines.”.......... When I chek it (via mobile check etc…), the preview-image of my page shows your logo and dummy-content … Why can´t the page be indexed????? I never had such problems… (Support-Tickets are not working)

Hi there. Great theme but slight glitch after the newest Woocommerce update. For some reason the product images now render at 100×100px even though it’s set to 600×600px – any ideas?

Please, try to reset instagram widget you need to try with reconnecting to instagram account: you can just login to your database via hosting interface, locate database you’re using (name can be found in your wp installation file under wp-confing.php file). Then, locate wp_options table and make sure to show all records within. Use search within browser and find records containing instagram keyword. You should find three records, delete them and your Instagram widget will be reverted to default state. Thank you for sharing your ticket id. As we could see, our agent already answered you there. Portfolio items are using some predefined templates, and since there is mini sidebar on the left, there are enough space just for two columns. Also, you could use Custom template for single portfolio item, and then to arrange whole content on the way you want.

But! What is the main thing on the website of the wedding agency? That’s right – PORTFOLIO! Why is the Masonry type of gallery so badly tuned? Although Masondy list of albums can be changed by columns… Design? Hmm… It would be nice to correct the settings of Masonry…

Hello, I bought the theme but when I try to install it in wordpress it will load for a long time and it will not install.

I get the following message: The destination folder already exists. /home/gimei230/public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/fleur/

Failed to install theme.

[edit] Now the theme available to activate appears, but when I click to activate the following message appears: “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home/gimei230/public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/fleur/framework/lib/mkd.layout-part3.php on line 1006”

Hi, I love Fleur theme, it suits my needs for my wedding photography business. I’m having trouble making the Google Maps working. I’ve obtained my API key and I’ve inserted in the General tab of theme settings. The Google Map shows on the page but it doesn’t show the address I’ve set. It keeps the view by default somewhere in Australia. Should I open a ticket on Support Page? My support is expired, never used the theme until some days ago, when I uploaded my website online. Any help would be very apreciated. Thanks in advance.
