We are running the theme on our store at https://moreishpuff.com – great so far, but came across some problems with lazy load images.. the functions don’t appear to be working correctly.
Can you provide support or I will need to contact another JS developer.

We have recently bought your theme and we are getting some error messages from Google Search Console (enhancement section) regarding the products. The following errors probably need editing of the theme code.
Errors Reported due to recent changes in Google Search Console:
1. ’’Either “offers”, “review”, or “aggregateRating” should be specified’‘ 2. Mobile Usability (Error Text too small to read, Error Clickable elements too close together, Error Viewport not set)
Unfortunately, our support expired 7 days ago and the seller of this theme doesn’t even answer to our questions. So please note that you have to pay 40$ beforehand and you may end up not resolving your issue as the seller replies to support tickets only (however you need an active support to open a ticket.)

Hi, No this is not the case, i have searched all over the internet and this error is showing due to recent changes in Google Search Console, it doesn’t come from any review app used. It has been reported that this happens because the div element wrapper to the product you see in related products has the following attribute:
itemtype=”http://schema.org/Product”

As for the support, i could pay for an extenstion however i needed to get a confirmation before, that you are able to fix it, otherwise my support extension would be useless…

As per your comment above issue coming because of recent changes in Google Search Console. Google doing changes continue with policy and functionality and it’s dosn’t mean to solve issue for life time with free support.

In your very first message, you stated that there is no issue with your theme and i have to check the review app!
Check your inbox again. We reply first on 28th and second on 29th may.
We asked about store URL and review app in second email sent you on 29th at 9:45 AM IST.
Please stop lying to me, you didn’t ask for a url, you just replied to my first email on 28th suggesting to open a ticket, however, i did inform you that i can’t open a ticket as my support period has been expired already.
Following your first and ONLY email i have sent you 2 additional emails on 28th of May and a third one on 29th without getting any reply. That’s why i ended up posting my problem here!!!
I wish i could attach a screenshot of my inbox here in order for other customers to be able to see that you are LYING to me! Of course i can provide that information stated above if anyone ask for (envato, customers etc).
In addition, we are talking here all day without a possible solution from your side. The only thing you suggested from the beginning is to open a ticket and as i previously said i CAN’T open a ticket without paying you $38.50 and the problem here is not the PAYMENT itself, but you not being able to confirm that if i pay you for an extension you would be able to fix the problem!
This is not a quality customer service and if you think that the only important thing is your envato account and how to keep your 100% positive feedback you are definitely WRONG! There is something called ’’word of mouth’’ and unfortunately (for you) i am a veteran ecommerce entrepreneur with many Facebook groups with 1000s of members. Hope you got what i mean…

You are uploading wrong zip file. Please extract all files from downloaded zip files from themeforest. You will see different demos zip files inside main package. you can choose any demo zip files for your store.

There are no HTML version of our NextGeek theme or any other theme. Right now we are working only on shopify themes.

yes, You can create gift card as product in our theme.
I have an older version of the product about 8 months old and want to update to the most current version. Is their an easy way to just “update it” to most most current version. so I don’t lose any the menu’s or any work I have done.

Is it possible to edit the “Add to cart” button so that it goes to an external page when clicked, (e.g. points to an Amazon item for affiliate sales)? It’s something I’ve always found useful but few themes seem to support it.

Are you guys having issues with your ticket system? I submitted two tickets over the weekend and I know you guys replied back since I saw the modifications I needed but I don’t see the tickets in my dashboard, it is completely empty and they’re not in the “Closed” ticket section neither so I’m wondering if you’re having issues with it

Does your theme support AJAX pagination for products and also in single product page, does some sidebar option available like “Best Seller sidebar” or “Product Tag sidebar” .
No, NexGeek support only default pagination style and single product page does not have any sidebar option

I’m having two issues with the theme.
1) Wish List is on the site but when I go to the page I’m getting a 404 Page error
2) Related Products is activated in settings but is now showing on the product page

More custom tabs can be included in product detail page as well? currently there are only 4 tabs showing.

QUESTION: how customizable is the header for this theme?
There are two option in header. Logo position at left or center. Also you can change phone number and free shipping text from header section. Top promotions bar show/hide option also available in header.

Yes, There is option to add different size chart by metafield in our theme. Size selection is part of product options and you can use anything here as well.
