Of all the templates i have purchased on Theme Forest, your install method with your template is the worst I’ve ever seen with so many manual changes to do with the template
After a couple of attempts to install I gave up
Tried manually to download your demo zip file but get a permission issue in another language which I suspect is the reason the demo data is not installing
And I haven’t even got to stage of following the rest of your configuration instructions which are a mile long!
Try to click on support, get redirected to the same page with my IP has been blocked
Can only say, will request money back and such a shame your installation method is so flawed

Most instructions are about how to install buddypress and bbress. If you already installed bp and bbpress plugins then all you have to do it upload and activate theme. Setup a Frontpage (Visual Composer) page as your frontpage. Create Blog (Pages → Add New) and password recovery pages, create top menu under Appearance → Menus and that’s all. I have experience with other theme and Cinematix social network theme has even easier installation process than classic blog/portfolio themes. Documenation was checked out by TF reviewer. You can send me login details so I will install it for free.

After a lot of manual effort, I have finally managed to get your demo content installed.
Appreciate your offer to do an install for me but I have quite a lot of experience with WordPress templates and have never had such an issue before.
I would advise you get a One Click install going as your WP Clone method with a 120MB file will struggle with a lot of servers.
Anyway, if you can add my IP address to your website so I can get support 14.201.56.249 as unfortunately I have more issues to deal with.
Also, rather than give instructions for a Child Theme, why not supply one like 99% of all other developers do?

I want to build a bikers community where, we can create individual forum and members can create their own forums and groups.Also i want then to be able to sell their own biker accessories. I see that there is a shop in the theme. My question is , can individual create post their own iteam in the shop? Can i have a plugin that allow all member to post what their selling in the shop?

Theme is works with a woocommerce plugin, in your case you should install a multivendor extension – https://wordpress.org/plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/

THe password should work, anyway you can login to your phpmyadmin and change e-mail for admin in database inside the wp_users and then reset password.
You IP is unblocked now. Please do not enter a wrong password more than 3 times because your IP will be blocked once again.

Probably it was a temporary server overload, anyway it works fine now.
Just getting started with the theme and found a problem I had with fonts not rendering properly was because my site is hosted on HTTPS: the Google fonts CSS is blocked as the link in the functions.php file is HTTP. This can be fixed by replacing line 471 in function.php with: wp_register_style(‘OpenSans’, ’//fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400,700,400italic,800’);
There are a couple of errors in styles.css – “m.adv-titleargin-top:0px;” typo within margin-top, and “border-radius 5px;” missing a colon.

Hi! I really like this theme, but I’d like to get an idea of how flexible it is.
So 1) to what extent is it possible to freely design the homepage? Sort of like a minimal, flat-design style with a few images, just more of a standard, modern homepage-look themes like KLEO and Eonet have. Because what I get from your demo is that the homepage design is sort of fixed; I have some overall doubts regarding flexibility of the theme actually, hope you can take those away!

1. Homepage is not fixed. It’s created with Visual Composer, you can move all blocks (shortcodes) as you wish. If you need significant style customisations of each shortcode then css of all shortcodes are grouped in the one file – http://diaboliquedesign.com/demo/cinematix-theme/wp-content/plugins/cinematix-shortcodes/shortcodes.css

Also unable to crop group avatars. There was a problem cropping the group profile photo.
I check the net for a solution, but nothing applies to me. GD enabled and folder permissions correct. Any solution?

It looks like there is a conflict with a bp attachment plugin.
How do I fix the menu always being expanded in mobile theme, see screenshot above.
The drop donw mobile menu is hidden by following code:

Make sure the wrapper of drop down element is #mobile-menu ul.menu anyway you can just reupload theme files again.
Hello, on the cinematix\members\single\settings\general.php, there is a script: <script>jQuery(function() { $(‘input#pass1-text’).hide(); });</script> that hides the Password Strength Meter. Unfortunately when I remove this jquery script, the ‘Change Password’ and ‘Repeat New Password’ begin to malfunction as typed in passwords begin to disappear. I want this Password Strength Meter feature to show as a necessity.It should not be hidden.

Thanks, I managed to implement the cover image. The only issue left is that when a new image is uploaded or re-uploaded successfully, the cover image background is suppose to update automatically(via AJAX I think). Unfortunately this is not the case, the page as to be refreshed for the changes to show. Please how do I fix this?

It happens because you display cover image as background-image, not img tag.

Try to view code source of page and check the full url with member-cover-default.jpg, maybe there is a typo.
Don’t advertise Visual Composer as a $34 savings when you have to upgrade it to Bakery for $34…false advertising.!

What I want is
1.An extra fields on registration from.Called Member types.I have four different member types User,artist,promoter,vendor 2.Then after logging in the members will be redirected to specific profile fields based on their “member type” selection on registration process.I have already created the fields with xprofile fields. 3.Then after they fill the fileds it will show on their profile.
