Hi,
There are many themes in the marketplace to list businesses. What I need is a marketplace where buyers can post leads. Then sellers can buy the leads or subscribe to get fixed number of leads each month. Sellers have their own page, buyers have their own account page. Sellers should be allowed to buy the lead per download. If they see a lead they like then they pay for it. Do you have such a theme or can you create one like described above? Thanks.

I have some presell questions. 1. Is it possible to Change Form fields for the listings to Rich Text Editor fields? User should be able to format text and maybe add images Into the text. 1. We only provide text field for now. It prevents wrong format content.
2. It works fine with WP 5.x. but not compatible with Gutenberg. It’s not a required option in WordPress. Elementor is better to use.
3. Yes, 1 click wizard supported. You just need few min. I think you can have a test in your another domain. License is related to envato. I believe it’s fine for testing.
4. We have sent it to WPML team and they are checking. It may take time a little bit.

Before buying questions:
- Im trying to find a directory-listing theme with single post like profile, this theme is great. The only thing missing is I need a voting system like viral themes plugin. Like people voting and making a TOP places ranking from different cities and categories. Is this possible? (see Bimber theme) Like a ProductHunt.com for restaurants with City and Category filters. —Great if people can filter by “favorite”/”heart” function.
- Is there a way to show places without map? I want the listing by default.
- Is there a way to connect this theme with Entaro theme? Like a job board section for places in a directory listing for restaurants.
- Is there a City individual main page? Like Category.
I know its very specific, but this is the best I found to make my project happend. Thanks!

1. Unfortunately, we don’t have a voting system. you need to find a plugin for it. Instead of that, we have a review addon. You can make a list them.
2. You can remove a map on the map page builder. or use our premium service. Then they will create what you need. It’s a paid service as your private customization work. https://intro.wpjavo.com/theme/premium-service/3. 2 themes can’t be working together.
4. You can make filter to display specific categories.

Is possible instal properties plugins in my listopia theme
Unfortunately, it’s not for properties. It’s for listings as a listing directory theme. You can add properties. But there is no price field.
If you want to add a price field, you need to customize it.

Listopia is the newer version of Javo directory. Some of the features will be added like javo direcotry ( not all, most of good ones ).
It works with new addons. not with javo directory. However, addons are included as an event now.

Hi, I have purchased Javo Directory a long time ago. Since then you release Javo Spot and now Listopia. I don’t understand why you keep releasing new templates, when Javo Directory is your strongest one, with almost 6000 purchases. It seems to me that your ‘legacy’ template go extinct, since you focus on your newest one. I really like Listopia, but don’t understand why you couldn’t do an upgrade to Javo Directory. How can I be sure, when I purchase Listopia, you will keep supporting this template and not decide release a new one in a year? Is it possible to migrate content from Javo to Listopia?

You may misunderstand about some parts. All authors try to make more templates or themes (products) in this market. We should do for our living.
We also have been updating as much as we can in Javo Directory.
Listopia is based on lava directory manager which used for all of our directory theme. However, we created a new framework. Some people love and don’t love updating with new framework.
It just like you love Visual composer, But not Elementor. But I love Elementor. ( still “like” Visual composer )
We always try to keep our framework as long as there are not major issues in themes. We will keep using Elementor page builder for this framework and will use next product with this framework.
We have a plan to update Javo Directory. But migration issues are not simple work to do. It’s also depending on sales for our living. ( we are not a rich team yet ). We have a plan for it. But not sure when it will be ready.
Yes, your listings will be displayed on maps and list blocks. But you need to use Elementor to make some design changes.

So please help me to decide which template to use. I like the design of Javo Directory. I see Listopia has much less functionalities, so the winner would be Javo. However I like you added buddypress support in Listopia, this is missing in Javo. Please understand that having many templates is confusing for your customers because each template has some parts good and some parts bad. If you made one great template that would beat the competition, that’s what I had in mind with Javo Directory. So please let me know if you have plans to add buddypress support for Javo, or it will be only supported in Listopia. In this case I will go for Listopia. Thanks
We recommend Listopia as our new framework. We don’t have any plan to add BuddyPress in Javo Directory V3. If we release V4 with this framework, BuddyPress will be added. We will work on this framework for new themes or any further development.
