In this case, I suggest you to import again. Those missing images will be imported when second time attempted(or third time). Sometime this kind of problem happens when our server having a lot of traffic so It couldn’t a lot of requests.
Before the last attempt, I suggest you to remove all navigation first (Appearance > Menu) because you may get multiple duplicated navigation items.

1. Nope, you don’t need to purchase the page builder separatelyl. It comes with the theme.
2. One time payment and you wil get future update for free without extra cost. Howver, note that the support will only last for six monts after purchasing. 3. Only for one website.
