hi there, why is it that when i do a mock booking of one tour that i just created, that one of my other tours shows up instead? And for a different price too?
This is incredibly frustrating and a real waste of time when setting up my tours.

What is the best way to modify your ordering form? We need to have some extra logic in your current form for this theme. Can you ask your developers please?

A few questions:
1. I’ve set up a one day tour to have 15 people. However, when I simulate a booking, the maximum people it shows is 11. Where/how can I change this?
2. Also, whilst I appreciate the level of support here, wouldn’t the forum be more efficient if it was more of the complex questions? I think the installation document could be fleshed out more to include basic sections around the installation and ongoing work required for the theme.
I just think that there isn’t enough information in the document hence why everyone flocks to the support forum to ask questions. This forum really should be only for the extremely technical/customisation questions.
And by no means am I criticising those who are asking basic questions, as I have asked the same sorts of questions, but that just speaks to the lack of depth in the installation document. And the waiting around for a question to be answered.

At this time, you can’t tell the ETA but we are working really hard on it. The update will include many new features ex, captcha, adding booking manually from backend, pay deposit multiple times and more.
Great news, can i request Captcha if it is ready? Before updating, because here is a lot of fake users and risk of Hacking is Toooooooooo high.
p.s. is it possible to add error messages to registration field? as is in Contact Form – when you missed some field there will be alert to fill that field. Here is but not similar, alter text is in header area, not near of fields. Thanks

Actually we have different tour leaders in our team who run different tours! I want to know if they can add their tour directly. Is the purchase money back guarantee if your theme doesn’t work for us?

1. Yep, we have two cusotmer roles, tour author and tour editor. You can assign the role to let them edit only their own tour.
2. Unfortunately, not as it’s a digital product. We only provide refund if it doesn’t work as shown in the demo site.

The theme supports RTL already. It normally automatically transform to RTL when that language is RTL, however, for element in page builder, you have to change the style to right alignment manually, there’s an option for that.

Presale question : 1. I have 3 type in my travel business. There are holiday tour, religion tour, and just common tour. In the search box, i want to have tabs for each type (tab 1 holiday, tab 2 religion tour, tab 3 tour). Is that possible in your theme? 2. At each type i have a custom attribute, for example name of tour leader, hotel room type, etc. is that possible too?

1. So for the search box, it will display the list of category(tag) and also custom taxomony for this. So if the dropdown that you are using is for taxomony, it will be fine. You can create custom ones and put in the search box. But note that it won’t list the name of the tour in the dropdown list.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible as our system is a custom system. It can’t work with third party plugin in this case.
