Hi I just wanted to find out how to get the footer elements ( newsletter signup and Social Media icons ) and how to get the Our Instagram part above the footer.
Is it possible to only show the second logo image and not the first one on top ?

Oke we partially fixid it. Found the instagram widget and the social media widget. Can’t however figure out how to get a logo and the social media icons positioned like on your demo page. We fixed hiding first logo by uploading an empty svg
Hi,
social media icons appear automatically when you set your social media url. But log can be simply uploaded in first field, or the same logo in both fields if you want to have the same logo.

I have another question. Is it possible to use normal text and italic text in the same field? Like the description field in the restaurant element. I want to fill that field with 2 languages and the first text is normal but the text under the first line must be italic. Is that possible or do i need a widget for that?

Not sure that I understand you correctly, but if you have already 2 fields then sure you can apply any styles.

I purchased this this theme via themeforest and i am using it for a client. While testing out i noticed that in Microsoft Edge browser, your theme doesn’t look good. specifically, the pages scroll horizontally (doesn’t stick to the screen resolution). can you tell me how to fix this?

Hi, I want to purchase your theme for my restaurant but as I was navigating through my phone(iPhone 8 plus). I noticed a few bugs: -at the Reservation page, the logo of the open table is placed on top the calendar field(overlapping) -at the About Us page, those 2 images above What matters to us sections are not showing as centered.
So I wanted to know before purchasing if those issues will be handled when I use it? is that included on the customer support or not?
Also, once I update the demo, will the copy and the images show blank?

issues you mentioned as I remember was fixed already in our last theme update. Just noticed that we forgot to fix them in our preview. In any case if you have some bug, issues or questions we’ll be glad to help you at any time just let us know.
What about demo data, all item on Themeforest are sold without images, these are Envato rules, all the images are replaced with image holders for easies work. You’ll need just to replace them with your own.

These are simple widgets well you can add them from Appearance=>widgets.

I got it working now, thanks. although one more thing is the WPBakery Page Builder cannot be updated. Are you going to release an update?
You do not have to worry about it. Just install plugins included with the theme and simply use them. We try to keep them up to date with each theme update.Well in next theme update all the plugins and files will be updated.

I’m having issues with Visual Composer, which I believe is causing issues with Interactive Banners.
The minimum required version is 5.5.2, but the website is currently running 5.1.1. I can’t seem to update Visual Composer even though the theme is supposed to come with the plugin.
The next issue (assuming from needed VC update) is that Interactive Banners are not sizing photos correctly and not scaling to full width.

I guess it can be due to plugin version. But with the theme come Visual Composer version 5.5.2. Well you can update it from theme or from theme package you downloaded from Themeforest.

I just updated VC and the images are still not sizing correctly. I’ve noticed the Redux Framework is also not showing all the styling options. Where are the plugin files to replace it manually?
I guess your images can be too small, but will be much easier to say something if you’ll send link to your website. They can be all in customizer, please use theme options page, there all the options of the theme. All the functions are located in inc/ folder.

Pre-Purchase question. What slider does this theme use? Trying to decide if we want to use this theme or not, but needing to know which slider this theme uses. And if it’s possible on desktop view to always have the phone number at the top.

Okay! I know the main thing is my client was wanting to use Slider Revolution since they and we already know how to customize it to work best for them. Essentially the biggest thing is we’d like to have a way where there can be a phone number in the menu and it can be clickable on mobile devices(so if someone clicks the phone number from their mobile device, it’ll give people the option to actually call automatically.).

I’m trying to put my logo into the top menu spot and wondering how to put the reverse logo onto the sticky nav? Also what size works best for that top logo? I.e. white logo then turns to black logo when I scroll down

in theme options page you’ll see 2 fields called “first logo” this logo appear by default and “second logo” this logo is used when you scroll down the page.

I’m still having trouble with it as now the “first logo” is being repetited side by side when I scroll. Keep in mind I am using the wordpress customizer although I do see it in theme options. Any help? Thanks!
Everything is right, in customizer you’ll see only one field for logo. But as I wrote you need to open Theme options page. At the bottom in your admin panel you’ll see option called “Jack”. Already under this tab you’ll find both fields for logo.

We try to keep all the plugins bundled with the theme up to date with each theme update. You do not have to worry about licence keys or update plugins ask you for. Just install plugins included with the theme and simply use them. But if you want to update some plugin and theme update is not coming you can send an email to us we’ll be glad to help you.
