Bought this theme days, ago, I you know what the “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” after installing demo is still here. As I can see this a 4 month problem which apparently as not been corrected. I am still waiting that support find the solution otherwise I will ask a refund.

Hi, I cannot access my wordpress.org account. It was blocked after the installation of your theme. Please advice me what can I do to recover my Wordpress account. It seems that something is very wrong with the theme, because now my domain is with your theme, but I am now blocked to modify the page and go into my editor. It has now locked my site. I tried the process as per your instructions and am still having the same issue. After activating the Child Theme, WP stopped running and there´s no way to go back. I contacted my host several times and they had to wipe the wp folder(!), because I wasn´t able to access my page after installing your theme.
I don’t know what can I do to run your theme. I´m not a programmer, but for some reason, it keeps deleting administrator access every account.
Please, can you edit your theme to prevent it from deleting the administrators? Is there any way to fix this theme?
I had an issue installing like most. Support was very quick and helpful and they are working on it. They did give a few suggestions dealing with PHP limits to change in PHP options. That could be what a lot of the install problems are. The theme looks good in the demo site,
