Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. By default WordPress does not support multi-lingual websites. However there are plugins like WPML, Polylang, Weglots, etc that allows you to extend WordPress to create multi-lingual websites. Please note that support for these plugins are outside of our support scope.
Once you’ve installed any of the multi-lingual websites listed above, the provide with options for language switcher.

Thank you for getting back. The menu items are edited from Appearance > Menus. The sub menu items, if they are mega menus, come from Static Blocks. You can edit the static blocks.

A static block is a custom post type and has many purposes like adding a HTML block to shop pages as jumbotron or a megamenu dropdown and even advanced to created separate headers and footers.

Hello, there is an navigation bug with the sidenavigation on 3-4 level ( widget “Electro Product Categories”). I have on (lvl 3) -> 4 subcategories and each has several more subcategories(lvl 4). The problem is, that if i click on any of the 4 subcategories. The deeper subcategories are on every of that 4 subcategories the same.
as example:
Computer
>motherboards
>>red motherboards
>>>red asus motherboards
>>>red nvidia motherboards
>>blue motherboards( blue motherboards has other subcategories that don't show up)
>>>red asus motherboards
>>>red nvidia motherboards
>>green motherboards ( green motherboards has other subcategories that don't show up)
>>>red asus motherboards
>>>red nvidia motherboards
These subcategories are not set in other categories.
I hope i could explain it good enough (english not my main language)

1. Can you please clarify what you are referring to as child categories for carousel ? Please help me understand with a screenshot.
2. You can manage your pages with page templates, Visual Composer or Elementor. Its your choice.
3. If you have specific feature requests, please do let us know, we’ll see if it is feasible to include in our update.

Hi. Ibrahim We couldn’t contact from you during the customize work, so we keep waiting for 2 month and write on this board. It took time to find this bulletin board. We bought the Electro theme in 2017 and are still building the site. We decided to use the Electro theme to make our site better. We bought this themes and need to customized various parts of the site, so we worked with Ibrahim in November 2017. We completed our work satisfactorily and remain 3-4 part tasks. However, Agent was changed to Mohamed Anas, after one task done, he said that “we are working on a important theme development as of now our team very busy with there work” so wait after theme development completed or hire other development team. we tried to contact again, but we have not been contacted for two months and leave a post here. The old ticket number is #25621 and the ticket has disappeared. We tried to contact you by opening a new ticket 3 weeks ago, I have not been contacted yet. The new ticket is #31316. I wish the theme upgrade to be completed successfully and I want to finish the rest of the work with you Ibrahim.

Purchased. Had some internal error (500) while importing demo data, now site seems having demo data but not sure if successfully imported all cause some pages have error loading content.

3 sliders and the plugin is not activated?
Thank you for your clarification. This means all your import has been successful and the importer stopped while importing slider 4 and 5. You can simply import them manually from assets/dummy-data/home-v4-slider.zip and home-v5-slider.zip. Once you import these 2 sliders, your import is complete.

How do you check if other content is all properly imported? (there are so many things)?
Slider import is the last step in import. It happens after everything else have been imported.
Strangely we’ve had many cases where the importer breaks on importing 4th slider. We’ve identified the cause of the issue and are pushing the fix in our next release.

1. Yes, that is correct I just want the blue nav-bar with the categories on it to be sticky and not the rest/top part.
2. I just need to know how to add a gap between the product cards like how it is on the demo. For some reason when I add the elementor template page it doesn’t appear. I’m using home-v3 btw.
