I just want to ask, how do we change the name that appears on email notification to customers?
For example: Instead of using “Dear Customer”, we would like to show the exact name of the buyer who purchased the item like “Dear Michael” or “Dear Username”, would you know the code we have to add to the HTM Template to appear the name or username instead? To make it look more professional.
I had tried the following codes but it do not work for Order on-hold, Processing Order, Failed Order, Cancelled Order, Completed Order and Refunded Order.
This code do not work:

This plugin allows you to create sliders with a lot of animations. If you don’t use you can remove it.
Hi again, but this plugin can slow a lot my web. The silders made by this plugin have a 6mb weight, and think is not so performed. Is recommended use RevSlider instead WooMart Sliders?
Also we have some difficults to update WPBakery Vcomposer, some bug with version. We tryed to deactivade, and activate to see the nre version, but is bugged, allways shows 5.4.x. We found the solution, deleting it and installing, but again shows the same version 5.4.x – but, instead the version… after we installed it, now shows the correct version. So confusing.

You don’t have to use RevSlider. So if you have perfrormance problem then you can use our own slider that is much simpler and faster.

Hi, I have purchased two WoodMart themes. WoodMart ver 2.9 and 2.10 is not compatible with PHP 7.2.9. I have around 40 items in main menu. with php 7.2.9. it’s not possible to save or change menu items due to 500 errors but in php 7.2.4 it works fine.
I have checked it in 3 different servers with Apache, Litespeed and Nginx. All have the same issue with php 7.2.9 and works with php 7.2.4 and 7.1 (I didn’t try php 7.3 yet) I’m going to buy another licence today because the theme is awesome.
However, I see your answer to another user with the same issue: https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/500-internal-server-error/ .I have checked all logs and %100 sure that this is theme issue.

I have just seen that this happens because the first paragraph section of text does not get wrapped in a <p></p> tag. Hope that helps. I manually added the <p></p> tags that were missing.
