Our theme is compatible with Visual Composer, but Visual Composer page builder works with only newly created pages , you cannot edit the Demo contents with Visual Composer. You can create new pages with Visual Composer plugin.
As of now we have only updated the theme to be compatible with the Visual Composer plugin. So, you can use Visual Composer plugin with new pages.We will try to add the theme with visual composer compatible in our future versions.

I can’t load the theme. How to install theme with ftp?

Please check that your server has the following limits as explained in our knowledge base link else contact your hosting support to do so.
http://wedesignthemes.com/support/knowledge-base/server-requirements/Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes – > Add New > Upload Theme > Browse the actual theme zip file and install the theme.
Note: Don’t install the entire download ZIP package rather than the actual theme itself. The downloaded package contains documentation, child theme etc. So unzip package and find actual theme folder then install theme.
If your WordPress up-loader does not work. Please connect your server via FTP Go to WP-folder -> wp-content -> Themes – > Paste actual theme directory folder via FTP.
After Install the theme, you can simply activate the theme in dashboard > Appearance > Themes, here just click “Activate” button to activate the theme. Then the notification message will appear in your dashboard for install and activate all the required and recommended Plugins, deactivate all the external Plugins other than the theme recommended Plugins.
For the purpose of demo content import we have used “Unyson” plug-in to import the demo contents.
Please follow the instructions in the below knowledge base link for installing the demo contents using the Unyson plugin.

I accept SMTP mailer plugin is working. But why the contact form is not sending emails with the default wordpress theme? So you accept something wrong in your server? We are not using SMTP mailer in our theme. We use normal php mail function to send emails. Find out why contact form 7 plugin is not sending emails from your hosting team. Hope to solve it asap.

Hello I am starting a holiday business in Sri Lanka. Only to list hotels from Sri Lanka. I have already registered my business, domain name and hosting. I am looking for a Wordpress theme to set up my website. your theme looks very good. But I dont think it is in Wordpress. So how do I do the installation? I have few questions before I purchase.
1) Can I customermise this only to list hotels in Sri Lanka?
2) Does it allow hotel owners to sign up and list their property? Or do I need to list them? (as admin)
3) What are the payment options? Does it support Stripe and Paypal?
4) When a booking is made and customer makes the payment. Who receive the money? Does it go to hotel owner or Admin(me)?
5) Does it have the options to pay the full amount or a deposit. Can it be set up for all the bookings only deposit to be paid.
6) Can the deposit amount be change to a percentage of booking. (ex 10% or 12%)
7)Does the hotel owners and guest have dash boards where they can check their bookings received and bookings made.
Can you explain how the booking process works. Is it as follows. a) hotel owner list the accommodation.(Does a email come to admin a new hotel/ room is listed) b) Guest come and make a booking. c) email goes to hotel owner and guest and admin regarding new booking. d) Hotel owner logs in to his dash board and approve/decline booking e) Guest and Admin receive email regarding booking confirmation/decline. f) if booking is approved. guest logs into his dash board and pay the booking fee/deposit g) email goes to Admin, hotel owner and guest with booking detail and confirmation.
9) Or when a customer send a booking does it go as a confirmed booking and for customer to pay online.
10) Is there a dash board I (Admin) can see all the bookings and website demographics. Where I have admin control.
11) Will this support about 1000 accommodations. Thanks

too slow and heavy theme! The minute i am trying to install “Demo Content”, an error shows up that “data could not be installed” and website goes nearly hanged thereafter i am unable to access any of my website tools. I have uninstall and reinstall this wordpress theme 3 times and wasted away my 2 days but no result!

Another thing, I would love to replace ‘login’ and ‘register now’ on the right hand side of the top bar and put social media icons instead. Is it possible to do so?
