The Products Grid page contains an element which displays the Woocommerce products on the front-end. Unfortunately, that element doesn’t contain such options by default. It needs to include extra scripts and styles in order to realize your request.

OK. Thanks for the immediate support. The problem is solved now, but in a way that requires adding extra css rules. They said they will fix it in the core file of the theme. I think this is a good start.

There is a huge issue in this theme. And when I submitted a ticket to their support system, they don’t seem to care much about it. The big issue is, when you add a link of a picutre from the local media to a product page, and you click that link on the product page, the picture pops up, but the ratio of the picture is completed messed up, it’s stretched terribly, and this makes the whole theme look really bad. I hope they can fix this ASAP because their engineers does not take it seriously.

It’s not a matter of elementor. You just try adding a link of a picture of local media in the product page, description or something else, not the widget icon, and this issue is still there. Just try it.
Also this should not be a issue of resolution, this picture pop up feature should not have any restriction on the resolution of the picture, even if I put a picture of 120*120, the ratio should work perfectly.
You mentioned an issue which relates to popup images in the footer icons in your support request. There is only Icon List element in your footer section. The WordPress automatically creates thumbnails with several dimensions when you upload an image and use the created thumbnails on certain views (mobile, tablet, grid, list etc.). Therefore, we recommended you to use images with higher dimensions.

So you don’t see the real problem of this. Whenever a woocommerce page contains a link of image from local media, opening that link will triger the lightbox(it’s a feature of elementor) and the image will show in the lightbox. The real problem is your theme and woocommerce and elementor have some issue working together to produce css style rules to form the lightbox of an image, so the ratio of the image is messed up. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ICON LIST ELEMENT. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ICON LIST ELEMENT. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ICON LIST ELEMENT.

You never requested the problem regarding the product images. So please clearly explain your request in order to avoid such misunderstandings.
