Good evening We have 2 problems with your theme and we must solve it! During the first installation one year ago we had a lot of problems with hreflang. We are using WPML for multilanguage. The search engines couldn’t associate correctly the languages and it caused a strong downgrading of our website. We made some modifications and now the hreflang seems to work well, but remains the case that the downgrading ( suffered by google) wasn’t recovered. Yesterday we try to upgrade the theme with the last release but it caused a lot of problems: - The sidebar with the menu in the back pages didn’t work out. - The problems with hreflang came back

Good evening Unfortunately, We don’t have a copy of the changes we made. We worked on the header because, in our opinion, the problem (with the correct association of the languages) comes from there. In fact if we take a test of the href lang with this tool, the web site has the correct association: https://technicalseo.com/seo-tools/hreflang/ If we try to upgrade the theme and later we repeat the test we have again the problem with the correct association of the language. Furthermore later the upgrade of your theme we have other problems as the missing of the sidebar and some others faults. Can we have a solution of these problems ? Can we also correct the bug of href lang? Regards

All my fonts suddenly disappeared. I was editting some content, then refreshed the page and noticed all the font on the site defaulted to Times New Roman. I went to the theme’s settings under Typography and the dropdown for all the fonts are gone. This literally happened out of no-where. Any help will be great.

On Desktop, it is loading very very slow. On mobile it is fine. On Desktop, it keeps on showing Pre-loader. Even the video which in Revolution slider loads, and we started listening sound, but it keeps on showing pre-loader. And then by the time it actually loads, video is already 20-30 seconds played. Your urgent help is required as website is live.

Are you sure you have actually checked? PAge size is 26MB as per https://tools.pingdom.com/#59aeedd5f1000000 Besides, it’s page loader which is causing trouble. Video loads way before and starts playing, whereas loader remaini showing it is loading. And loads whole page only after all contents are loaded. Which makes site extremely slow.
As I shared the results with you, that’s what I see on the browser. Anyway, 26MB is too heavy for a front page. You should consider to use fewer media items, I strongly recommend to you to use keep your page size under 5mb if you can. And I also reported page appeared for me in 6 seconds, but loaded completely in 1.6 minutes.

How can I get rid from this Loader?
1 – Optimize your images.
2 – Remove unused plugins.
3 – Use server and browser caches.
4 – Compress HTTP response (using server side caches may help. WP Fastest Cache plugin can do all and compress your images too)
5 – Use CDN
Solution #3 will help you best. And you can still use your video because its getting loaded progressively (you can compress your video to or upload it to YouTube and use YouTube video instead)
