but both the files are present in folder but not with ?12. it was working before but not now.

The files could be present but blocked by a security module on your host or firewall. Please try to test this without any plugins and check your host firewall or security modules as well.

I was wondering if there was a way to stop the page from jumping back to the top when clicking the menu in mobile mode?
When I am using the theme on my phone and I scroll to the bottom of a page, when I click tbr hamburger menu and it pops into view, when I click the menu button again to return to my place on the page, I end up at the very top of the page.
Clicking the menu automatically scrolls the current page back up to the very top. Wherever I was in the page, is lost. Through page jumps to the top position whenever selecting the menu.
I don’t mean to come off mean, I am just a little frustrated because my support ran out on my other tagdiv theme before I even had a chance to use it.
This is one of those things that should already have an option or a fix for. Especially for the best news/magazine themes that tagdiv creates.
I hope you will share a solution here (so others can use it).
From my research, this can be done by adding some custom code to the theme very easily (after the code is created).
There are many discussions about this same issue already.

I love everything else about your theme and I hope you can help me with this.
I never used support on my Newspaper theme purchase and I never actually used my license until recently after my support was already up. I figured I would rather buy a license for NewsMag instead so I could have both themes and ask the same question once (the fix should work on both themes and both themes have this same problem).

Sorry but our theme does not feature such an option. We understand your need for such a functionality but at the moment there is no simple fix for the mobile menu we can provide via the theme support. If this request becomes more popular, we will consider implementing it in future releases. There is no simple fix as the entire menu function will have to be rewritten in order for this feature to work. The mobile menu position is at the top of the document. It does not scroll with the content to be able to be opened and closed in any part of the page.

I’m looking at buying this theme, got 2 questions. I’ve used it a bit for someone else’s site, and I was not able to find a way to add non tagdiv composer elements to my pages. Is there a way to do that? (I still have access to that site so I can test it). Secondly is there a way to add titles to the Big Grid sections?
Also, is there a specific size for a full width image thats responsive? I’m wanting to put a header image UNDER the menu

Hi, the header menu is working fine in Desktop , however, in mobile version when I check my website, it appears as the front page , then I have to slide right to see the whole website. how can I solve this issue ? and make the menu accessible only if the visitor click on menu icon

By a theme option that is not possible. You can set a permanent image or color background and that will be displayed at all times, until you manually change it. Sorry for any inconvenience.

You can install the theme and activate it on your developer blog, make tests with it as long as needed. Then you can install and activate it on the live website. This is mentioned in the theme activation guide

Hi, can you make an update so the custom adbox on td composer can support plugins ad shortcode, I need more adboxes than what is allocated and don’t like using the text-with-title element for each new ad area.

You could use column text elements, these will run shortcodes. In ad boxes you can select from the theme panel ad spots like custom ad spots. If these custom ad spots are not enough, only with text elements could you display more ads in pages.
I can’t say at the moment if there will be more custom ad spots added to the theme in future updates. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Most likely there is insufficient memory. That is the reason that message is displayed

Hi. Please, I activate the WhatsApp button in the “Post Setting”> “Sharing”> “Social Networks” but the button does not appear on the front end. How can we solve this? Thank you!

The WhatsApp share button will appear on mobile, when pressed it will open the mobile WhatsApp application on the phone and the post can be shared. On desktop the respective button will not be visible.

While using default post templates the excerpt will be limited to 13 letters or words (depending on your general excerpt settings). This could only be modified in a theme file
