Hello, guys. Thanks for a great theme. Have a presale question about the Loud theme:
1: Is is possible to add favicons on the website? (ico files etc). 2: When sharing to Facebook etc, there is no image displaying. (indentity image) Do you know if that can be added on the admin/ theme settings? 3: Is Bandsintown the only integration plattform for bands? Or can the site be integrated with other services as well?

1/ The theme has not been tested or optimized with this plugin.
2/ Yes. You must disable the Gutengerg editor in the page builder settings to use the included page builder.
3/ Yes it is.

Hi! I’ve been using your themes since 2012 for 2 of my websites. We recently upgraded from Live to Loud and our website has gone berserk ever since. A lot of random broken code is showing up on the website instead of the widgets. Can you let us know what could be the issue. Also, our developer has been asking us to upgrade the Theme version from 1.4.7 to 1.6.0 – I’m unable to find it here. Can you let us know where to download the latest theme from?

Thanks, it worked by re-activating the Wolf WPBakery Page Builder Extension. However, I’m still facing multiple issues with the theme. Two primary issues are:
1. Whenever I’m trying to upload new pictures to the Media Library, it’s not happening – it’s showing me an HTTP error. 2. The videos on the video page are showing but not playing. The moment I click on them, the page shows as is the video is gonna open but it doesn’t.
Would be great if you can please help with these.

Hi. I just tried raising a ticket, but it’s asking me to renew support. Please don’t mind but I don’t think it makes sense for me to purchase support especially when the theme is known to have so many bugs and problems. I mean I’ve been a loyal customer since last 6-7 years of your themes Live and Decibel on two of my websites, but upgrading to Loud seems to have been a nightmare. Please let me know if it’ll be possible for you to help with this in any way without purchasing an extended support. Thanks!

First, thanks a lot for buying my themes!
There is no need to extend your support for this issue (media library issue). Other users have also reported this and updating everything will fix it. It is always recommended to keep everything up-to-date. There is no bug with Loud with the latest version of WP and all plugins. It is tested regularly.

Of course, you can change the spinning vinyl image. At the moment you can’t change the spinning speed but this is a very good suggestion and I will add this to the next update.
As I use the last coding standards to offer modern effects and animation, the compatibility with the old or deprecated browsers such as old versions of IE is not guaranteed.

2/ Not sure which demo page you’re referring to, but you should check the row background settings (pencil icon aat the top right of you page builder row)

Hi, I had to ask for a refund for this template due to issues related to the functionality of the template which didn’t fulfill the needs of my website, the support left me a bit alone on that side, probably due to the many users asking for help. Laur, the support guy, has always answered with good manners and trying his best to help. Also, the Wolf-Themes team has been really understandable and accepted the refund I had asked with good reasons. One of the Most Professional Author in this store! In the light of those new events, I can clearly say that even if the template didn’t suit my needs, I had a great customer experience. I have tried to leave a 4 stars review as the template is grafically still pretty good and surely other users will find it perfect for their website, I didn’t find where to leave the review tho. I hope this helps informing new users, I recommend this template from Wolf-Themes.

At the moment, audio file URLs are accessible in the source code. What you can do is use a plugin to prevent the user to right click on your pages to see the source code.

I was one of the first to purchase this theme. The programming is awful a year later, the updates make it worse and now functions just stop working. I will no longer endorse this crappy theme. You can explain why the video opener randomly stopped working after 8 months.

I used 1.3.7 version everything was fine, but when I clicking previous page it was white background above all content. And that was everywhere. Then I updated to 1.6.2 and that bug with white background above content disappear. BUT! Now pages with slider revolution (same what I have early) loading like 13 seconds! And Scrolling on smartphone or tablet pages with text only loading very bad. Menu burger and logo loading very bad on scrolling on mobile. The support are not help me. Now I sit here with a website that work so bad, you can’t imagine. I thinking about redesign it on other theme Divi, because there is a good support and there no such a EPIC bugs like here. I’m very sad that I choice this theme. WolfThemes ask me if I want speed optimization, but it’s another. That is not fix bugs in theme or builder extensions that they have!

Also, I got an issue in some single event page : the date is 1 january 1970 instead of the real date.

Be sure that the Wolf Events plugin is up-to-date and that the show date uses the correct format (dd-mm-yyyy). And the time as weel (20:30 or 8:30PM)
