I just updated the theme and it went back to all the original colours (pink and green etc). My font and colour settings haven’t changed, but they’re still pink and green!
It also just ignores my font and colour settings!

“For some reason the Fonts & Colors section just ignores everything I’ve customised to. For now, I’ve just tried deleting my custom colours and trying again, but it didn’t work. Hello, i have a problem with how google finds and treats the jacqueline theme, or specfically images: somehow wordpress/jacqueline creates subpages that only show images that i used on my website and as a result can index and list them. So, if people google for certain keywords somehow the images show up but they should NOT.

Hello, the problem is caused by the so called wordpress-attachment-pages, where wordpress creates an extra page for every uploaded image, which 1. does not look nice on the single page and 2. can get indexed by google and therefor messes up searchresults and look very unpleasant. Please see attached screenshots to see how it gets displayed in the google search result: U can clearly see how these images and their attachment sites gets indexed and displayed as if they build the website´s main-structure…
I have solved this now by enabling image-redirection via the YOAST SEO plugin. Strangely the only theme that i have seen this resul is actually jacqueline.. i dont know why. I hope google updates quickly and removes the indexed images soon.

Like many others here, my purchase code doesn’t seem to work. However, since I do need support, I’ll just paste me question below.

I have removed all widgets, but still the content does not stretch to fill the entire width of the page, it restricts to 800-something px. ////
EDIT: Google showed me to usually edit the page.php template file and add a PHP if statement that would not show the sidebar on the home/frontpage, however, the Jacqueline template’s page.php is completely different.

Please disable the sidebar in the Pages->Home->scroll down to Theme options->Sidebar tab->choose “Hide”. Also please learn more about wide Home page settings here: http://jacqueline.themerex.net/doc/#homepage1 In order to stretch the content, you should open each Row settings via WP bakery page builder->Row stretch field->and choose Stretch Row and content.

Glad I could help! In order to remove Sub menu hover effect, please open Appearance->Theme options->Header tab->and remove animation in the “Submenu show animation” field.

I want the same top panel which contains contact-email and social icons as you would get when using header type “regular ecommerce” on all of my pages and posts. My problem is that when I use “regular ecommerce” like on my startpage, I can’t select a feature image as when using the “featured” type. It works fine on my startpage as the image on the startpage comes from sliderrevolution…
Could you please assist me here or tell me how to solve that?

Another thing I just noticed… how can I use the serviceitems on for instance the startpage, with links? I want to get redirected to the booking page when I click on a service item named “online booking” and not get redirected to a post…

Ok I figured out how to do the link thing… with custom services… but there is no option to set a subtitle… where would I do this? Couldn’t figure out the top panel thing as well…

I am having a problem with change colors in site. I change the pre-schemes and theme have bugs in colors. In a new color scheme same thing, changed the colors in the backend, but when I update it, the colors that appear on the site are not even close to the colors I pick in the backend (always it shows blue color and other random colors… It makes no sense.. what can i do?

I am having difficulty changing the color scheme of my site. We used Google fonts (https://fonts.google.com) in the theme, which are free and allowed to be used on the website. You can also upload custom fonts if there is need.

GDPR framework plugin we used in the theme requires PHP Version: 5.6.33 or higher. This plugin is recommended, however if you can’t use it due to your server configuration, feel free to install another GDPR plugin that will work properly.

Yes, feel free to remove the copyright from the footer. All clipart images included in this theme are the copyrighted to their respective owners and are not available for download with this theme. Clipart images can not be used without express permission from the owner and/or need to be purchased separately.

Yes, there’s information in the documentation regarding trx_services shortcode http://jacqueline.themerex.net/doc/#sc_services The shortcode shows services items with the links to them and they’re not editable, since they’re assigned to the services items by default.
