Hi, I have just recently purchased the theme. I have raised 3 – 4 issues and support replies back in on one issue in 4 days
I have to retype the issues again and am still to get these resolved. My support ticket is #23968 . Can i have the issues resolved ?

Installed your them on Wordpress version 4.9.8 and WP Bakery & vafpress post formats ui plugins are not installing due to not acceptable error also maybe due to that I am only seeing html codes on the webpages (assuming that the sample data has not been imported either). So many issues! waiting for an update on this
never mind! fixed it! it was done through InsightCore and not via plugins page in Wordpress

Can you give me a quick rundown of where to pull out the “views” tag on single post. I can’t seem to find that exact call to remove it from showing and it’s no where in options.

This theme is not 100% translatable. With WPML i can’t translate Projects.. I mean the title, description, even the category name..
1 – If i enter the projects page, i have no option to translate. 2 – String translation doesn’t find the words, even after searching threw theme and plugins locazilations. 3 – Translate Admin screens doesn’t mention anything related to the projects.

I have been trying to install the demo content today all day for the new update, and cannot get it to install.. it just says ‘the importer is working’ even though it is not. Also you demo site here is not working on any of my computers, just shows a blank page. Wonder if you have a server down?

Hi Team ThemeMove, I’ve purchased the theme this month earlier and website is up on domain www.videosninja.com . I would like to draw your kind attention the unable to optimize my website load time as per standards that why I’m facing 100% bounce rate in mobile devices. The paid campaign is on its making me worry. No proper documentation is also available for the theme. I feel did I make mistake while purchasing the product. I uploaded the kirki code plugin via ftp to your insight-core lib directory, removed the old one. Now I have customizer back. For anyone else having this issue: go to download kirki plugin for Wordpress. Extract, change name of your ORIGINAL kirki plugin that is located in lib inside insight-core plugin directly, to “old-kirki” then upload new extracted version. Everything is now fixed.

WHEN WILL THE UPDATE BE AVAILABLE? Site is not customizable under latest WP.
I updated Wordpress, to 4.9, cannot update or customize, please fix quickly! Also, importing your demo sliders on install does not work. After you fix customizer issue, please test and fix your demo rev slider import function. Thank you. I like the theme, it is very attractive. Just need to make your documentation better, it is not finished, it ended with just a table of contents. Thank you, great theme otherwise,
