Thank you for your clarification. The dimensions of the images to be used in loop and single product pages are set in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images. You can set it to any desirable image size dimension. However the image will occupy the maximum width available in a given layout. If you have set uncropped, then the images will be of different sizes. If you crop, then they all will be same size. The theme does not modify the behaviour of image sizes from WooCommerce.

I believe you are using WooZone or any other similar plugins. Please note these plugins do not import images by default. They directly link the images from amazon.

You can :

1. Import images from amazon ( not advisable if there are lots of images ).

2. Set height and width for images ( it may cause images outside of image size set to be stretched ).

The plugins that you’ve mentioned Slider Revolution, King Composer require at least 256M of memory_limit to work. If you are on a shared hosting or a if your memory limit is lesser, they may not work and a simple activation will cause a blank screen. This is called memory exhaustion.

You can use any other alternatives of your choice but most page builder plugins as well as slider plugins have the same minimum requirements.

I understand this is not what you want and I’ll refund your purchase if you may seek.

Thank you for getting back. The theme does not include McAfee or Norton. The theme’s scope is limited to styling output only. You’ll have to rely on third-party plugins to secure your WordPress website.

To change the text color you’ll have to write custom CSS.

I did exactly the same and managed to put some sub items(as static block) under a menu named“Home”, but besides the first sub menu which is home decorations,nothing shown in my site, all other sub items are missing, doesn’t appear in my department menu.
