Hello May I ask how to edit the single page template? I need to create a header that is composed of 5 images, 1 hero image and to the right are the 4 equally sized images. And also is it possible for our customers to book even if they haven’t signed up or register in the system? Thanks.

Sorry, we put it at the bottom in recent version due to many requests. However, we will add this as option in future update so you can choose the position

Hello, I’m already purchased the theme. I have a problem here. When I open a new support ticket, and try to submit it, a message appear and say me: “Sorry, that purchase code is for a different Envato product.” But I’ve purchased for this one. I can’t send a new ticket. I’ve chosen “Wordpress Travel/Tour Theme” but I can’t send the ticket, always getting the same message.

I thougth was Woocommerce based. Is anyone else having the following issues:
1. My site is yet to change over into the Travel Tour theme and thus everything is being done in the backend via Theme Switcha. So when I do a mock booking for one tour and get to the payment stage, but decide to click away from it and go and try book another tour, when I get to the payment stage of the second tour it reverts back to the original tour I tried to book. Almost as if the first tour was still in the ‘cart’ and it could only hold one tour at a time.
2. Tax issues. Australia requires businesses that are projected to turnover $75K+ to register for GST which is 10%. I’ve changed that in the settings but that isn’t the issue. The issue is that when i book a tour but book two tickets instead of one, it shows up as a cent or two over what the price should be including GST.
Would anyone have suggestions about to fix both issues? I’ve been in touch with support but they’ve been unable to provide me with a solution as yet.

I understand it has to be done one at a time. However, surely if i get to the payment stage of one book but then click away to another tour and then try and book that one, it should show the current tour and not the original one?
In this instance, it is showing the first tour i.e. the one i dont want to book.
I’m at the stage where’d I’m considering asking for a refund as I don’t believe this plugin is doing what it is meant to do. There are far too many basic things wrong with it.
Sorry but we don’t have such a feature :/ This is something we didn’t design to implement since the first place and it will be so complicate to add as a new feature. We do not even have it in our demo site as well :/ Sorry about that.

I go to book a tour. I decide I don’t want that one and then go look for something else. I book that tour in and I’m done.
I shouldn’t still see the first tour information when I go to book the second tour that I want.
Does this make sense? I’ve already submitted a ticket for this.
These are fundamental basics of any booking/payment system. I feel there is a serious error in your plugin that needs to fixed. If it can’t be fixed, I would like a refund on the Tour Master plugin.

Hello, I have a feature I am trying to add for a car service for an airport. I have been looking for a feature that allows users to enter a pickup/drop off location in the booking form, but without having purchased the theme yet I can’t see everything in the dashboard. Is this a field that exists?

I just updated to the new theme but there are some problems.
The booking form does not work properly. A huge lightning symbol is displayed below the Adult, Chidren, Studen, Infant select option. this happens only in Chrome browser.
galley images are not displayed in the tour editor page in both MS Edge and Chrome.
Anyone faced the same problem?

So, when you are in a destination page, he wants to show the available tour duration and activities options, when you are in a duration page, he wants to have filters for activities and destinations etc.
Do you make these kind of developments and if yes, could I get a cost estimate?

After you assign category, those categories will be shown in the filter.
