Wow! this HTML version is one JS hell. ready event inside a ready event (not to mention that the ready event is deprecated in jQuery 3.0 that you’re using), but worse is onload event that is set from within the ready event, that is just asking for troubles and it’s why the menu is not initialized with “smartmenu” once most of the assets are cached in the browser!

Well thank you, but I’m fine, as I’ve already fixed the problem. I only mentioned it for YOUR consideration. Refresh the page (on Chrome for instance) and see that the main menu shows no dropdowns, then get back to my previous comment, read it again and see what needs to be done to fix that.
