Hello, So… I want to start using your theme for a bit different purpose. And want to ask if you could customize it for me, and the cost for that;
I would want the following: When a customers books a room, the price should remain the same no matter for what period they book.
So imagine I set the price for a room at $125,- Then if the customer books it for 1 month or 2 months, it should remain $125,-
Is this possible? And do you provide that alteration? Can you inform me about the cost of that if you do?

Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe. To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.
However, the payment that we provide supports Visa and Master.

Does the ical function import data from airbnb and booking.com and homestay so the website is updated? Or does it only export data to airbnb etc to update their sites?

1. Yes, that’s correct. However, I’m not sure if booking .com support iCal or not so you may check for sure but AirBNB surely works.

BTW, just to make sure that what kind of hospitality you’re running? Hotel or kind of apartment? Because if it’s hotel and you have multiple room in one type, this will not work. But if for apartment (one amount of each type.) then this will be fine.

1. We don’t have weekly price but you can put the discount like this which should be the same : http://take.ms/tAjVg
2. You can setup the minimum night to stay but it has only one value. So it has to be the same for all period. Note that this option will apply to all rooms in the hotel, not only for some room.

I am aware that my support has expired, but there is an issue after a theme update which is an issue caused by the latest update and i would like your help on that.
Recently though after a theme update i have noticed that although the site was working fine with ssl, now i get an error message in the home page saying ”Loading mixed (insecure) display content “http://themes.goodlayers2.com/hotelmaster/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/bg-pattern.png” on a secure page”.
I am not using anywhere in my website this background pattern and i think it has something to do with the update. I would like your help finding where this background is used in your demo so i can disable it.

Unfortunately, the system is designed for room booking purpose only and by using third party plugin, you can but it will work as third party system and will not use the main design of this theme.

About the tracing booking, the system will only send email to customer and admin after booking occurred, after that admin have to contact to customer manually. (maybe via email or phone)

1. Our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe. As I checked, Stripe is also supported in India : https://stripe.com/docs/currencies and also Paypal : https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/currency_codes/
2. Not integrated but you can use as third party plugin.

Hi, I’d like to know if, before paying for the room reservation, the availability process can be moderated/verified by an admin. In other words when a customer tries to make a reservation the first step should end with an email, with all the details, sent to the admin who would check the room availability and then let the user go ahead with the reservation.

Do you mean the background color or the text color?
The text color is default color from the Theme Options Panel > Elements Color > Body > Text color option.
Its background color can’t be changed, you can use a Color Wrapper for this.
