Thanks for a great theme, it works brilliant for me but I have one issue after the last update 1.2.
In my services group, I want all my services to have a sidebar, I have enabled Sidebar in GENERAL SETTINGS and BLOG in the THEME OPTIONS.
Most of the Services (
have the sidebar except for a few, there is no option to implement the sidebar on the service page itself in the new update. I could on the old version but not now.
It seems after upgrading, I cannot put a sidebar in some of the services page.

Navigate to WP Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins.
Deactivate and delete ThemeREX Addons plug-in. Then follow the prompt to install it again. This will load a new plug-in version on the site.
Clear browser’s memory cache and check if the issue is resolved.

Also just noticed, if i go to an old service page and edit it, then update it, it gets rid of the sidebar and the top header and menu goes missing? any ideas on solving would be most welcome

I’m trying to install the template but I’m not able to activate it. It loads an unstyled webpage (with FTP settings) after pushing the activate button. I’ve added define(‘FS_METHOD’,’direct’); to my wp-config.php file and I don’t have problems with installing other plugins or themes.

why does the theme’s logo and header images and footer etc everything is Grayed out after installing demo content? your live demo is all blue and with colors but when i did the demo data installation everything is okay except all the blue colors are showing gray, including images on other pages. How to fix that?

The thing is that all clipart images included in this theme are the copyrighted to their respective owners and are not available for download with this theme (that’s why they are blurred and watermarked after successful import). Clipart images can not be used without express permission from the owner and/or need to be purchased separately (this information is also specified in theme description and documentation).
If there is a need we can provide you with ID’s for images taken from Depositphotos. Please submit a ticket for that: https://ancorathemes.ticksy.com/
Once you replace images with your own they will be displayed properly.
