I checked your site in Chrome, I don’t see ‘show less’ and ‘show more’ texts in home page, can you show me where they are? Please try to check your site in other computers and other browsers.
I opened your site in my mobile (samsung galaxy and iphone 6s), I still click on menu icon normally.

Regards to “Show More/Show Less” issue, it seems like solved. We shall continue to monitor it.

On the other hand, the site encounter problem when SEO URL is enable (System > Settings > Server > Use SEO URLs). Scenario: Go to the site, click any of the product category, the URL changed to URL+/Product-Category and error shown [Not Found The requested URL /Skin-Care was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.]

Basically most of the errors are caused by html_entity_decode().

Please go to the files:
admin/controller/extension/module/so_newletter_custom_popup.php
and
/admin/model/extension/module/so_megamenu.php
then find all code like that:
html_entity_decode

Then please input more variables inside that function:
ENT_QUOTES and ‘UTF-8’

Example:
html_entity_decode($result[‘description’]);
=> Change to:
html_entity_decode($result[‘description’],ENT_QUOTES, ‘UTF-8’);

About language in mobile, please send your url for us to check. About duplicated product, please try click save product.

Thanks, managed to fix the “html_entity_decode” issues for this 2 pages.

1) For error encountered while click on duplicate a product button, the errors shown. In fact, the product duplicated, just that it’s annoying which I need to click on the address bar and then press Enter key to back to the screen again.

2) The language selection drop down list in mobile, it changes to class=”hidden-xs hidden-sm hidden-md”. Where/how can I change it to display in small device?

3) How do I fix the side bar menu? As it always “jump back to top” of the site for if we scroll from top of the page. This will confuse user whether it is a bug or the page isn’t work properly.

4) I encountered an issue while updating the Home 6 using page builder. Some data/config somehow disappear/missing when I try to save it. I can’t confirm whether what make it goes wrong.The site is down and in admin So Theme config page, it just show loading icon. http://prntscr.com/lmaqj9

Look, I am really sorry… but the link provided requires a username and password which I do not have, nor did I receive an email when creating my support tickets asking me to set a username / password.

Usually when creating a support ticket you get a welcome email with a link to create a username / password. This never happened and this is not the place to discuss this.
