Please update or disable Russian translation because of it low-quality: 1. Many strings look like Google Translated 2. Mixed up lower and upper case strings 3. Admin interface not tested with russian strings, some menu items in out of screen
Please install Loco Translate plugin then you will be able to change from admin panel. We are also checking it.

Hi, If we add City-A & City-B and each city has it’s own neighborhood
City-A have: A1, A2, A3, AN
City-B have: B1, B2, B3, BN
on the neighborhood it shouldn’t display any unless if we choose either City-A or City-B and If I choose City-A, in neighborhood should display A1, A2, A3, AN and when I choose City-B it should display B1, B2, B3, BN
