Your theme is just perfect. Many thanks!!! I have the issue below. I want to enlarge the height of the main logo in the menu. The default view height 84px only and I want 40% more. The height of the logo I have uploaded is more the this height. So how I can enlarge the height of this.

The way logo dimensions work:
Maximum logo height is determined by the header height option in Theme Options > Header.
As for the logo image itself, because of retina displays, image dimensions are being divided by 2. So if you upload the logo that is 100×100, the actual dimensions will be 50×50.
In case you want a logo that is 100×100, you need to upload an image that is 200×200, and set the header height to 100.

Thank you for interests on our theme.
For 1. yes, our theme is full responsive;
2. you can customize and modify elements with WP Bakery plugin which came bundled within the theme. So, in page options you can add or replace any image.
3. Here are the parameters your hosting plan needs to be able to have:
max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 128M;
post_max_size = 256M;

I was so happy to find this beautiful theme ! I spend the entire day trying to install this theme on my wordpress… and didn’t succeed. I can’t import the demo theme (I am patient but it imports 10% in 2 hours…). Maybe I’m doing something wrong ?
And I can’t activate the plugin “Slider revolution” because it creates an error 500…
It’s me again, sorry for all my messages… Finally, I managed to install the demo theme but I still can’t activate the plugin Slider Revolution, it creates an error 500. Furthermore each time I try to modify a page or an article, it leads to an error 500. Here’s my situation updated. Do you have a solution ? Thank you

Hey, just having an issue with the Kanna WooCommerce Dropdown Cart it’s actually missing from the website entirely (not showing in the widget area at all). It was present before updating to the latest version of the theme.

Hey sorry for the late response, really appreciate your help. You can view the site here https://hartvirtualassistant.com.au/resources/ and the cart has been hidden unless you add a product to it. Display wise none of the preset widget locations look good

I can see that your Core plugin is not updated and probably that is why you have this kind of issue. Please update Mikado Core plugin. After you do this, everything should work properly.

Hey, thanks for pointing that out! It wasn’t highlighted as needing an update for some reason so apologies for missing that. It’s all been updated but It’s still displaying weirdly using any of the widget areas however and isn’t responsive on different screens

This is not our widget for the dropdown cart, as we can see. Try to use ours Kanna Woocommerce dropdown cart widget: https://www.screencast.com/t/w1zwKeb5VwY Also, if you want to set that widget on mobile, you can do that in this widget area: https://www.screencast.com/t/wz94Xwqyj7DI Because you’re using some other widget that is not ours, you should investigate this within their options.

On the mobile version the featured shop images for products has a previous and next arrow to tab through the images in a pop up window. Those arrows and x does not work on mobile. Can you please provide me with an updated code to fix that, so it works on mobile.

Thank you for taking interest in our theme. Glad to see you like it! 1) Yes, these types of products are tested and working well within our theme.
2) Yes, our theme is WPML compatible and you could use language switcher fort 2/3 languages.
3) By default WooCommerce settings you are able to use one currency https://www.screencast.com/t/O1SOuaonk and if you need switcher we could suggest to try with WooCommerce extension.

Thank you for the fast answer! I have now looked at the shop again and it is when you add in the basket and especially delete from the cart very slowly. Why is it so? In demo are only 9 products in the shop, my shop will contain 500-1000 products. How fast will the shop be? or is this theme not suitable for such a large number of products? Please note that our theme is not slow actually, but because we haven’t optimized our demo site speed-wise, since we wanted to show all the possible features our theme offers – so there’s a lot of content. Our support team tests the site of each user on request, and provides individual tips for improvement. Good server configuration is always necessary, plus proper image and content optimization, caching usage, etc. in order to achieve the best possible performance. So, if you add optimized images for your shop products, performances will be much better.

Thank you for taking interest in our Kanna theme. Yes, there is Product Categories shortcode that you could use and under each product category you could upload image for it. And yes, there is hover effect and you could set desired color using css.

Thank you for your quick reply. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with Shorrtcodes, so I have another question. Will it end up looking exactly like the current Single Products on the shop page? So I can place three category images next to each other, provide them as the product images with a picture and click directly on it to get to the single categories? Like the whole picture is a link. Or is it only possible to click on the text under the picture?

You are welcome. There is no need to worry about this. It is easy to use, since elements are part of WPBakery page builder that is intuitive and have Drag&drop functionality. Yes, there will be products images, next to each other, and each image will have link to single category. Here is screenshot https://postimg.cc/jLkff3Tj So, over image you’ll see product category name when you over image, and whole image is link.

No offense but for someone who has no experience in building websites this is very complicated. I expected to be able to chose between pages that one can see from the preview and customize them. Does not seem to work like that. I am rather dissapointed at this stage and I hope I will be able to work through it.
