Loving the Theme so far! I do have two questions though:
1. How do I change the body text font? I feel like this should be obvious, but there’s no font-family option for Body Text under Typography, and changing the Primary Font didn’t seem to do the trick either.
2. Also related to the body text, how do I change the color of links? They are black by default, but my text is black so they don’t stand out like I want them to.

Orwell, I have a log files, 406 error, I desactivated ssl, but nothing more. Try to import XML files directly but doesn’t work.

Hi there – I am a little disappointed as I’ve never had any issues but it seems that the demo import doesn’t work anymore and it also seems that I’m not the only one with this issue (after a quick search in your support forums). My support has expired but this is not a ‘support’ issue – I even did a fresh WP install on a brand new domain and none of the demo is importing - which defeats the purpose of a premium theme purchase, right?

Hi there, I’ve literally hired two different website developers today to get to the bottom of this, and they have 100% tested your Notio theme on their own domains, on my own domain, on new domains, on fresh WP installs, on existing WP installs, and every. single. time., the demo import has not worked. For two different developers, and still not for me. I’m 100% sure its not my hosting configuration as it plainly has all the green checkmarks you’ve built into the admin panel. This has wasted now 4 days of development in trying to figure this out. It’s so crazy because this all worked last week? Since then, two updates from your end and its not working?
Demo Import is not related to the theme, I can send you the xml file directly and you can try that using the default Importer?

I purchased this theme a while ago now and I wasn’t able to use it at the time and didn’t use support but now that I have the time to build my website and the demo import doesn’t work. I am trying to import the Perfectus demo and having no luck, the upload wheel just keeps spinning for hours and nothing happens. Is there any way I could get help with this?

Interesting indeed… Anyway, my hosting is with GoDaddy and according to them nothing has changed. Strange… Happy it works now though
P.s. I am currently unable to add a video background to the first element in the home page of the Perfectus demo content where the name and slogan go (with the black background). I have followed the steps and added the link to the YouTube I would like but it just keeps the black background. An alternative is an mp4 file for the row but I have no idea how to do that. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you. Pedro

Hi, I just upgraded from 1.3.8 to the latest version (4.2) and the theme looks really bad, I’ve also upgraded the VC and the rev slider but can’t see the portfolio in the home page (as it was), it shows a contact form and also the design it’s narrower than it was. Please advice the best way to upgrade without having to re-build the entire site. Thanks!

Hi, ok I’ll do. I’ve found a few more errors, now I have a “Leave a reply” box in every page even if the comments option in the pages are deactivated. Also, I dont have access to google fonts, only sistem ones. Please Advice.

Hi – I’ve updated to yesterday’s release (4.1.1) but still encountering the same issues with product variation images and image size of products added to the cart.
The issue started after updating to the latest woocommerce release. If you open any product page and select both variation options, the image changes becoming blurred and cropped to the wrong size. I think it’s loading a much smaller thumbnail.
Secondly, if you add any product to the basket and then click the basket link in the header, you’ll see that the product images in the basket are far too large.
I’ve regenerated thumbnails etc. but it’s made no difference.
Help please – we only launched this shop two days ago!

We have been using these theme for a few years now and am still very happy with it. It’s very adaptable! But what we are hoping is to have the ability to have no menu bar, so the background image goes right to the edge of the browser. Is this possible? I have found your other theme which has this but we are specifically wanting the page like the Orwell demo of parallax and random spaced images. Please advise if this is possible or could be possible for a future update.

plugin not activated!!
the theme includes three plugins, one of these plugins is ” slider revolution”. i have a little problem dealing with this plugin as it is not getting activated. do i have to buy the pro version in order to activate it, or it should be activated as it comes as a package when buying notio theme ?

Hi! After updating to the latest version, portfolios thumbnails didn’t show at full resolution but look quite blurry (on a 3 columns layout on a desktop PC). I rebuilt the thumbnails with a dedicated plug-in but it’s still not working. Tried to make a support ticket on the support site but it was not accessible. Is there anyone with the same problem? I would try disabling the 3rd party plugins one by one to check if there are plugin conflicts.
I’ve turned off one by one all the plug-ins, except for WP-Bakery. The thumbnail quality remains the same.

As far as I can see, thumbnails are crisp on macbook pro retina 15. We can help you show full images if you open a support ticket.
